Upscale nice place. 3 Star hotel that has a mix of international and local clientele. Nice food and nice rooms.

I liked this place spacious for a single room nice reception lady with a nice smile.
Its worth the money you pay for its not over priced like other hotels in the area.

Convinient location, security and 24-hour dining are the key selling points for this hotel. Food is well prepared and fairly quick service.

Definately the place to stay while on the move and on a budget.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, overall it could use a facelift but it is in a nice location

This place has poor services I would not advise anyone to seek accomodation in it and the waiters happen to be bhang peddlers. One of them approached me and asked if at all I was interested in purchasing a roll.

Its ideal form short term stay in CBD but some rooms are affected by noise from the street children and taxi drivers once in a while .

Staff was really hospitable, easy access to the city and airport.. Rooms were clean and comfy

Location is in center of market at easy reach within. Environment is good for meetings. Friendly staff always happy and helpfull. Vegetarians have options in food.

Nice, quiet hotel. Not very showy, you can easily miss the entrance.

It was loud as there is a nightclub across the street that has the bass so loud the whole room shakes.
Staff were rude.
Over charged us for a room and wouldn't listen to us when we tried show them the maths.
Ran out of eggs at breakfast before 8am (breakfast is meant to go till 10)
Wouldn't cook us bacon when we ordered some because they couldn't be bothered but would do it when an African family walked in.

Warm and friendly staff. Found the bathroom really small and also tiny cockroaches in the rooms. The location at the city center makes it an ideal place to access several parts of the city.

Good and cheap price very suitable with excellent services

A budget hotel with basic facilities.

Our room (301) was near the lift which is very noisy. Several times during the night it woke me up. Having said that the bed was quite comfortable.

We had an evening meal that was ok but when I asked for a sweet we were told they had run out of fruit!

Stopped here a second time as it was part of a tour we had booked on.

In the second room the sink taps were very difficult to turn off.

Not a place I would come back to at all if it wasn t part of the tour we had booked on.

That said the bedding was clean and the Wifi worked quite well.

Very friendly staff. Very affordable. No frills accommodation for those that are not too picky. Clean enough. Secure enough. Enjoyed my stay.

Too pricey in my thought compared to hotels in dar or Arusha, but i guess here in kenya they have different prices. My stay was quite good, the street is busy and safe.

It's got everything you'd expect from a budget hotel.

Basic but nice. In the heart of Nairobi. Great food I recommend the goats liver and rice for a fiver. really enjoyed my stay

Good location. Rooms are small compared to the charge. Food are good . Fast checkin and check out prefer by tourist.

A brilliant stop over in a very clean & reasonable hotel. Very helpful and kind manager & staff, lovely breakfast.
