Do not use the Parklands Chandarana Parking as the KAPs machine is not accepting cash...they also don t allow 30mins free parking like the way High Park does...Today I was forced to make payment using Mpesa...where I had to first use their machine...which than gave a ticket which had a long serial number, which I would have to try paying using 486# which did not work I was directed to a pay bill after paying using the pay bill...I sat in my car got to the exit and the machine would not register the payment...I had to reverse my car find a parking go to the machine and had to call the number of the person assigned to that machine who seemed to be watching me from a distant...finally he let me out...I am sorry for the businesses operating opposite high park in park as it s a very poor attempt to make 50/- never again Go Kula that 50/- Bob as it will be the last time...the most pathetic experience ever

When you get it right, your on point but when its wrong...your stuck in Gomora and charged for it. On 13 November 2020..you seemed to have technical issues at JKIA. Your stickers were not working, the KAPS A Card not reading, the pay booths not working. The persons manning the calls took long to answer, the number on back of card would cut off calls and even then their responses were..hiyo card haina pesa(it had).. or silence. You have a good product...but you have alot to work on for a sustainable system.

I was required to pay Kshs 60/= parking yesterday at the airport JKIA. I put Kshs 70/= in the payment machine on ground floor parking. The machine did not give me my change of Kshs. 10/=. Instead I was told to go to kaps office on 2nd floor to collect the 10 bob change. Here I met a lady who lectured me before agreeing to give me my Kshs.10/= change. If 1000 people don't collect their 10/= change due to the inconvinence then kaps officers are illegally pocketing 10,000/= everyday. Thats unacceptable. Wanjiru

Plenty of packing space. The compound is efficiently utilized. Parking space is very ample bu this is not your usual parking. It's a silo parking, meaning you park your car and then the next car is parked above and the next above that one.... it's a marvel to watch the parking taking place!

I noticed some shady practices going on at the airport parking. I had a longterm fee payment of 2160. The attendant who was idling near the machine claimed the machine cannot take 1000 bob notes or give change. She took the money I had - 2200 and went "upstairs" to get change. Shortly she returned with the ticket but no receipt and claimed she had paid the fee and proceeded to open the machine and retrieve change of 40 bob. When I was in the car exiting the parking at the main building the ticket failed and her colleague opened the barrier manually. Again at the main gate another colleague opened the gate manually without any questions even though the ticket again failed and the machine there showed the ticket is not paid for. I think there is coordinated theft and corruption taking place that ought to be investigated. I declined to return the ticket to them and have it for evidence should you wish to investigate.
