I will never buy a car from this group again. I purchased a used Toyota from Kings and outside of the salesman and finance man no one would return my call when there was an issue with the title. I left the title person FOUR voicemails with ZERO callbacks. I left the Kings Toyota General Manager two messages to call and had no callbacks. Can t say that other than sales and finance folks there was one concern about customer service. And yes - they sold me a car that they didn t have the title for. Awful experience won t recommend and won t return.
No way to put negative stars and if I could I would. Dealership that this group owns (Fairfield Volkswagen) lied to me from the moment I walked into the showroom to delivery (the lies starting showing after delivery) thru service (had to get an advocate from VW who was doing their best to keep the dealership on the up and up). Even after I paid off my vehicle they are able to cause me undo stress. They are holding cash I am due from cancellation extended service plans prior to the end of my loan as the vehicle was paid off. Was told "no we will not contact you if we got the money from the service provider you would have to contact us." Yet service provider sent my money to dealership telling them it is mine but I have to file the exact same paperwork with the dealership that I filed with service provider (Funny thing is the service provider of extended warranty has never even heard of Kenwood Dealer Group only the dealership), even though the dealership does not hold or even service the policy - gee now that makes sense. Just reinforcing why I will NEVER do business a dealership under the Kenwood Dealer Group. The service provider was great this dealership is shady at best - avoid this groups dealerships at all costs.
