Slowest place I've ever seen sent my paperwork in May 18 and still being processed over a month later

Proven to be incompetent. It s absolutely infuriating to think about how much of the state workers money you lost with ultra risky catch up investments.
The KRS board has failed spectacularly.

I absolutely hat having to log onto a website once a yr and remember all the passwords. I can never keep up with them or remember them. I have a hard time understanding why my name & ss# or dob is not sufficient enough. I am also pissed because I am required to out MY health info online with all these passwords for it to get hacked & published. Find another way! NO MORE PASSWORD BULL!

Some good advice to give. Speak to a manager first. You might need to give a call back number. I was given the wrong information on several phone calls. Have been waiting 2 weeks for my one lump sum check.
