I am not sure since last 2 weeks KCC has not been answering phone calls as well they didn't even respond to my email which I send 2 weeks ago.. does anyone out there has any idea about this?

I would like to thank all over telephone support members, Chris and especially Francis! For being so kind, polite, patient and helpful! Whithout help of these beautiful people who perform their not easy job perfectly, it would be very hard to come over of this long period of Diversity Lottery program)

I emailed them couple times during the process of my DV lottery they were incredibly helpful and gave me enough information

No response to my phone call or emails! I just want confirmation for my DV payment. Can I visit the office personally?
