Terrible, awful, horrible service on emergency. Front desk/office personal are disrespectful. Nurses eat, chat and yell in the area, so patients can t rest...very bad experience. Do not go or you will get worse!!!

Husband well taken care of in step down unit from ICU. Caring nurses, awesome doctor calls me daily to update. Rec'd 2 calls from discharge/social worker in preparation for rehab ahead of time. Covid safety protocols in place. Visiting hrs, 10 am - noon, and 4pm to 6pm. Double masks required (they'll give you a mask at check in) social distancing, hand sanitizing, screening upon entry.
I Had THE BEST care team at KENT. It was Pat, Courtney, erica, Dr Katie, Dr Dubois, and Dr Matt Lombardi. They were professional but yet happy and friendly... They took excellent care of me and quickly too, so I wasn't sitting around for hours over a busted knee. Out of all of the hospitals that I have dealt with, and had surgeries, KENT is by far the best personalized care from beginning to end that I have ever received. Your not a number here like other ones and they didn't leave me sitting there in pain, they took GREAT care of me and I hope I get them again if I ever need to go back...
I gave birth to my first daughter here in March 2019 and my second daughter in May 2021. Both experiences were amazing. Hospital is clean and staff is extremely warm friendly and accommodating. I truly felt cared for.
Quickly processed. Emergency room care was terrific. Switched to regular hospital the next day. While one nurse made a terrible error (which I caught) and the staff was too busy to promptly respond to some of my "buzzing", the medical care was excellent. I would be willing to be treated there again.
Nice nursing staff. Terrible discharge planning and assistance. There is little concern about patients post hospital recovery they wanted to shuttle into a rehab facility (could it be owned by the same company?) refused transport to the VA. They focus more on things that sound good in an advertisement than actual recovery.
Labor and Delivery 2019: lack of consent based medical care. Most of the pre-labor tour promises were empty and unavailable (no recovery rooms, no birthing balls, no consideration of birth plan). Thank god I attended the private practice of an on staff OB, otherwise I would have lost the fight when they began pushing a c-section
