Kennebec Valley Community Action Program (KVCAP) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the communities of Kennebec, Somerset, Lincoln, and Sagadahoc counties in Maine since 1965. KVCAP's mission is to empower individuals and families to achieve economic independence and social well-being through comprehensive services that promote self-sufficiency, community revitalization, and advocacy.
COVID-19 Updates
At KVCAP, the health and well-being of our customers, staff, and community are our #1 priority. Our KVCAP facilities in Waterville, Augusta, and Skowhegan are open to the public. As of August 30th 2021 all visitors/clients are required to wear a face covering when visiting any of our locations regardless of vaccination status.
