Love my truck! Can't believe what a good deal I got! Thank you!

Had an appointment to check door latches for a possible recall. Everything was done quickly. Everyone was wearing a mask and a cleaning person was going through disinfecting surfaces while I was there. Tod the service consultant went out of his way to get information on the drive battery for my electric car and was a pleasure to work with.

DO NOT bring your vehicle in here for service. $371 to change one ignition coil? When a four pack online costs $140? Labor rates of $150 per hour? After expressing my concern, I was notified that someone would reach out, and nobody did. Took my business elsewhere, changed the remaining 3 coils, all four spark plugs and an air filter for $340. Maybe a decent place to purchase a car.. but DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE. 0/10 would not recommend

My husband and I think they were excellent they do oil change all the time. We didn't get a chance to go out for breakfast but they said they would take us anywhere we wanted to do for breakfast that's what they did. Good for them

I leased a brand new 2021 outback exactly one week ago. It shuddered as I started from a stop turning left and all mechanical yellow lights flashed on and off on the dashboard. I almost didn t make it across the street as it was stalling. I went in to ask for service and was told this might not be under warrant. What?!?! I got this brand new car to avoid problems like this and for a reliable vehicle. Now managers and sales people won t call me back. And NO loaner car for me to use with a car less than a week old!!!

They did a real fast oil change for me so I could head back t oi Hermiston Oregon
