You have to wait almost 1 week to get machine fixed. if your dishwasher is broken. Yes .. almost 1 week. They said they are very busy. Does it means that your machines have a lot of problems::)
And you have to pay almost 3500DKK. to change a heater pipe. They stay your place half hour. they said they did 1.5 Hours. OMG....can be lower than 1 star.

Service x 3 for the same mistake - now up to DKK 9100 - without the KEN dishwasher working. The service manager suggests that we pay for another service visit with regard to diagnosis and improvement. Unreasonable and junk handling.
