Oil changes. Pretty simple and straight forward for a dealer s service department to manage. Especially when you buy an extended service plan for your Shelby. It shouldn t result in a rohrshach test print in my driveway the next morning. And yet, here we are. I m 0-2 in Ford service experiences here in No.County San Diego - between here and Vista Ford. Highly recommend avoiding both dealers unless your blood pressure is up for a test.

Adrian (Sales Person) and Francisco (Sales Manager) hooked my wife and I up when we purchased our Certified Pre Owned 2019 Ranger. Both Adrian and Francisco were extremely nice, well kept, and personable. Adrian worked with us to make sure we were in the exact vehicle we wanted, and Francisco worked to get us the best financing and warranty that fit our budget. I will be going here for all of my Ford purchases in the future, as well as sending all my friends and family here. We felt like we were genuinely taken care of, whereas other dealers seemed to want to rush us through the process.

Saleem is absolutely amazing. My husband and I purchased a car here a month ago, and Saleem and Jaime helped get us the best deal possible. We came back needing help and Saleem stepped up and helped us the day of. I couldn't recommend this place and Saleem more. They weren't pushy or bullies like most of the salesmen at other places were. Genuinely helpful and nice and we will definitely be coming back if/when we need another car in the future!!

I always receive excellent customer service from Mike Mills, Stephen and Chad in the service department, they are very professional and courteous.
They keep me informed about the progress of my service. I also receive excellent customer service from Cami you amazing cashier, she is always so pleasant and knowledgeable.

Twee Hayes helped me get my dream car - a new Ford Bronco Sport!! I was able to get a killer deal out of being a recent Graduate from a 4 year degree thanks to Twee for asking the right questions. She was upbeat, relatable, sincere, and efficient! I called her Wonderwoman throughout the deal if that tells you anything!! If Twee is on the job, you re in good hands. :)

What a disaster this place is. They made a deal with us on a vehicle only to then later say they actually couldn't make that deal. then they would not let us take delivery of the vehicle because they needed time to inspect it and make sure it was good to go. Over the first month the vehicle needed a door replaced, some engine brackets replaced, some throttle component replaced, and kept getting emergency lights an indicators. Management completely unhelpful. Acting like I brought them this car out of nowhere not like they sold it to me two weeks ago. These guys say things just to say things and then do whatever. If you want to teach someone what's wrong with a car dealership and why people get so fired up trying to buy a car this is a great place to take them to teach them what not to do.

We purchased a Certified Pre-owned Expedition Max. At the purchase it was amazing and we had a great customer experience. However I am appalled and how horrible their continued care for customer service has been. The vehicle turned out to be a Lemon and Ford has acknowledged this by offering a buy back. We went through the process and went to Ken Grody Ford to have our vehicle replaced. The offer was denied because we were told sorry we won t make enough money I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership for my family, which was unsafe for our family. Instead of taking care of a mistake and a portly built vehicle which disengages the airbags and shuts off the acceleration in the middle of driving, the dealership, or those representing the dealership in this offer have chosen to care more about how much money they will make than the care and safety of their customers, along with the quality of product they sell.
