I was hesitant to consider buying a Ford after owning Toyota most of my life. We were looking for something that could be towed behind an RV. The Ford Fusion was one of the top choices in all of our searches. I found the fusion on line and it was a perfect fit for our needs. It drives like your sitting on a marshmallow. I forgot what driving a sound and safe car felt like. All of the staff, Brock Pizza, Adrian, and Sam were some of the best car sales people we have ever dealt with-No high Pressure. They also give military discounts which was great. I am so glad we went to Ken Grody. They had the largest inventory of used cars in North County.

Adrian (Sales Person) and Francisco (Sales Manager...

Adrian (Sales Person) and Francisco (Sales Manager) hooked my wife and I up when we purchased our Certified Pre Owned 2019 Ranger. Both Adrian and Francisco were extremely nice, well kept, and personable. Adrian worked with us to make sure we were in the exact vehicle we wanted, and Francisco worked to get us the best financing and warranty that fit our budget. I will be going here for all of my Ford purchases in the future, as well as sending all my friends and family here. We felt like we were genuinely taken care of, whereas other dealers seemed to want to rush us through the process.

Online appointment made and I was not able to get it confirmed over a week in advance? Not sure what to expect when relying on their professionalism. Consider this info when servicing your vehicle. There are plenty of other good shops around.

Ken Grody Ford in Carlsbad went above and beyond to help us get the right truck! We first bought a F-250 Super Duty and found it to be a gas hog, so I called up Kevin to find us a different truck and he got us a Ford Ranger Sport 4X4. Saleem is absolutely amazing. My husband and I purchased a car here a month ago, and Saleem and Jaime helped get us the best deal possible. We came back needing help and Saleem stepped up and helped us the day of. I couldn't recommend this place and Saleem more. They weren't pushy or bullies like most of the salesmen at other places were. Genuinely helpful and nice and we will definitely be coming back if/when we need another car in the future!!

I own a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid 34k miles. My daughter drives it for college. She called me and said she has a "Charging System Service Now" fault on display panel. I asked her to call the dealer and tell them. She tells me a short time later she has an appointment for Saturday. ( I assumed then it must be a routine maintenance light). She arrives for the appointment and they immediately tell her she is not scheduled. She has on her phone the exact time she called. Then they tell her they only do oil changes on Saturdays. (She drove 40 miles to get to this dealer where we bought the car).

She called me and I drove over there. The service manager was telling her to schedule an appointment during the week. He had not yet asked what was wrong with the car. She said she was getting a charging system service now light. He stated, how long has it been coming on. She said a week - about the time she called for the appointment. He stated to her, well it has been working for over a week it should be ok. I told him I was not comfortable with her driving it back to San Diego and I wanted a rental. He stated they have no rentals. I HAVE THE $3000 Ford Protect Premium Care Extended Service Plan.

We took the car home and gave my daughter the Toyota - (They have GREAT service)

In a nut shell, this manager told my daughter to keep driving the car...This fault could mean a bad alternator/generator and if the car is running solely on battery it could leave you stranded -ANYWHERE- Who does that to a 18 year old girl I paid for this car to mitigate this type of risk.

So now they tell me Thursday is the earliest appointment and they cannot authorize a rental until they do a diagnoses. Incredible Customer Service
