Tina Miranda is an absolutely disgusting human being. As our broker she gave us incorrect information that lead to my partners driving record being ruined due to her negligence. She told us to file a claim for my partner damaging our vehicle in our OWN garage and that it would not affect her driving record. Instead she was marked with 100% at-fault accident and we are now having to pay for her misinformation and are facing the consequences of her actions. DO NOT USE THIS BROKERAGE, everyone that works here is a crook and low life scum.

I've had so many problems with this broker. After receiving all my documents they left me hanging for several weeks and scrambling last minute to get insurance for the purchase of my home. Then they made a mistake in the quote and I ended up paying more. Then recently after sending them the necessary paperwork for a change in the payment account they are still charging the old account for 2 months now.

Worst customer service. Emails remain unanswered for weeks. Not competitive prices. Avoid.

I was looking for insurance for my motorcycle and car . I called ryan and left him multiple message on his voice mail and with reception when i told the girl that i had left multiple message she began to laugh.This is the most unprofessional place of business i have ever delt with and i recommend you avoid them as well .
