The stuff was super friendly and the room was great, I have enjoyed my stay and I will definitely do it again.

Absolute luxury. I especially appreciated the pillow concierge offering a selection of pillows for my suite. Stayed there for 5 days. Top marks. Top staff. A wonderful experience

A great hotel overall. The rooms were well equipped, clean and comfortable. A Nile view room was booked and did offer a nice view of the famed river, but it comes with the inconvenience of being directly on the busy road below. Please keep this in mind if you are sensitive to car sounds. The hotel concierge were fantastic and helped in manage and sort out any issues you may have! In addition, the staff at the entrance were always extremely friendly and always greeted you warmly upon your return. The rooftop pool does have an exception view of the Nile, but the pool area and pool itself is extremely small, so it's more of a pool to lounge in as opposed to swim in. Finally the breakfast was quite nice, as it offered a decent selection of food items. I would recommend this property if in Cairo, but just keep in mind it is slightly inconveniently located to the main attractions.

Did not like how they were so pressed for money even though they held an additional $600 credit on my card for room charges. But after each service they wanted money. I finished the spa they wanted money they could have charged it to the room. Also wouldn't recommend their spa. It was blah have had much better. The room staff was great went above and beyond very clean and covid safe.

Great hotel. I am so glad that we stayed here. FANTASTIC SERVICE that I ve never seen before.
They helped me with everything that I asked.
Also the food was delicious especially breakfasts and their restaurants for dinners.
All the rooms are clean and very modern.

The blue restaurant: Very nice experience... The place wasn't crowded at all. All italian and mediterranean food of course. The seating was so comfortable also. The restaurant doesn't require a prior reservations.. the prices are not crazy high. So you can have a good meal with good price. Wasn't a bad experience at all.

I planed to stay 4 nights in Kempinski hotel Cairo but I changed my mind to get out somewhere else after the hard competition of the first night were really I was disappointed from the hotel in general which is not up to my expectations as 5 stars hotel, room are very small, outdated furniture, not comfortable bed, smelly carpet, very tiny bathroom, broken toilet pipe, breakfast buffet is very limited & lots more were I spoke with front desk and they tried their best to help provide me with another room but unfortunately all the rooms has similar issues because simply the hotel is outdated, no lobby, not the best location in Cairo and the pictures in all hotels websites it s not the real as reality, the only great things in this hotel is the staff really very great, helpful, smiley and friendly.
