This is probably one of the best hotels you can visit with the family for a 3-4 day trip. Clean rooms, friendliest staff I have ever met. I would go there every year if possible. Highly recommended. The breakfast buffet is extremely generous.
Excellent hotel location, perfect pools and beach area, horrible service, slow and unresponsive, after many complains then you get your situation semi resolved. Staff is always welcoming but cannot help, very understaffed for it's size.
Disgraceful and stupid policy. Went there with some friends from out of the town to have some food and drinks, they wouldn't let us in as the restaurants only serve hotel guests! They wouldn't even let us book a table anywhere unless we book a room... Get lost!!! I will spend my money elsewhere where I'm appreciated.
Awful customer service especially in the reception area and restaurants. If you have children make sure you bring your high chairs because their restaurants aren't equipped with any.
The resort is huge and has many pools, however i couldnt find an olympic pool. So basically you cant have a proper swim there. The service is just amazing, the people are very friendly, they let us check in at 9:15 am because we were travelling with our 3months old baby. The resort is not wheelchair/stroller friendly, we had to carry the stroller on stairs to move from one place to another. We were surprised at the restaurant when they asked us to keep the stroller outside since it is not allowed!!! The hotel is a little bit worn out, and poorly maintained. We had a very annoying sound in our room (maybe the sound of the elevator or some water pump). The breakfast was very rich, however on the second day of our stay they only served breakfast in one location and not in the restaurant in the building where our room was. Overall, the stay was okay. I would definetly try marriot or movenpick if i ever went back.
This is a high end resort on the Dead Sea with excellent service. The rooms are spacious and very comfy. The view is so amazing, especially at night. We ate at many restaurants and everyone of them has spectacular food. The buffet restaurant gives you great variety. Make sure you check out the open air lounge. They usually have some entertainment. Oh and hookahs available all over the resort. It looks like they are building some walkways etc but nothing that disrupts the guest experience. There. Are so many pools to choose from. I highly recommend going down to the beach area and doing a getting mud and salt exfoliation. My wife enjoyed the spa day. Well worth the stay.

We stayed at other Hotels as well but this was by far the best. The beach had the best service people and was the most natural one! We will come back!
Only thing we would improve is the breakfast. It was really busy and the food was not outstanding.

I am so disappointed! Have been hearing a lot about how great this place is but When I tried it I was really really disappointed, first of all the customer service is really bad ! The buffet s rate is so hight and literally there is nothing to eat but salads !!!! Why would I pay 50$ for a buffet that has only 1 red meat option !? We requested baby chair they brought after 30 minutes and their excuse did not make any sense ( we dont have here , we will being it from the other building ) seriously?? We asked million times for forks and they did not bring and I had to go by myself and look for it in the drawers !! Breakfast area is the same . I visit dead sea twice a year but this time was the worst thanks to Kempinski .

The hotel is already a few years old, but the materials were of quality, it is always very pleasant! Excellent bedding, great views, and the hotel is HUGE! So we are not really on top of each other.
The pools are more beautiful than others, always with the attention of all the staff: towels, fresh water etc ...
The buffet is a cornucopia, a treat, either at breakfast or in the evening!
The beach on the dead mother is enough, the experience is to live and run away from mud and then shake in the water so rich that it cleans you wearing is fabulous.

Outstanding, gorgeous . Just love this place. As usual I was ordering room service. 5 star quolity meals. Very quick delivery. 20 min from order time. Try Jordanian lamb. Very expensive alcohol. One bottle of beer 8JD. The hotel not allowed to bring from outside alcohol and food. At entrance they are checking all belonging.

Beautiful pools, clean hotel, good breakfast. We had a very good stay. But the staff at the pool infinity round pool tend to be on the rude side, and I've noticed that on more than one occasion. Also forgot my swim suit in the shower of our room, we called to try to reclaim while we were on the way back to Amman (not an hour after we left), but the hotel never called back and claimed there was no swimsuit in the room although I washed my swim suit and hung it there the previous day. We called management several times the next day and also said they would get back to us but never did..that's not five star service

What a comfort and the employees are very kind. It's cool to be able to swim in the Dead Sea from the hotel. But the benefits are quite expensive (restaurant, spa)
A five star hotel in which nothing is missing. Private beach on the Dead Sea, three swimming pools, very spacious bedroom and bathroom with all the comforts.
As a hotel, it is truly magnificent, but, my issue was with the food, the food didn't live up to its expectations.
Beautiful accommodations, great service, and everything you could want or need in the hot Jordanian sun right at your fingertips. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool and the dinner and breakfast buffets. Wish we could have stayed longer!
A truly breathtaking hotel experience! The hotel s design is incredible with breathtaking views and interior design. The pools are also beautifully designed especially the infinity pool. There are a few problems however such as how expensive the food is (around 22 usd for a burger) the buffet is also very expensive to enter (around 45 usd). Also the staff was very slow and somewhat rude upon check in. The breakfast is very good however and the buffet is too despite the high price. The infinity pool is great for an evening swim and has a great view of the Dead Sea. There are various other pools too such as a long pool with a bridge, also with beautiful designs. Overall this hotel was a great one to go to and I would definitely go again.
I think there is no enough words to give this hotel his right in perfection, because it is more than perfect. Good reception, great service, cleanliness and arrangement make you feel that you live in a special place. As my wife said.. The auctioneer is beautiful. I will not accept an alternative to this hotel in any country, You deserve to be No. 1
