Excellent service and rooms. The private beach to the Dead Sea is very beautiful.

Very beautiful! I enjoyed my stay. The staff are very polite, helpful, excellent customer service! The downside for me (and reason for a 3rating) was the flies... I don t know what was happening but there were loades and loades of flies. It was extremely uncomfortable to keep fighting them off.

An excellent resort that spreads for quite a distance. It's one of the best resorts to experience the Dead Sea. The Dead Sea experience is great. The staff are super helpful. Although it is in the expensive side. In particular the spa while really good feels expensive compared to the amazing spas that Asia offers.

Nice but overrated...staff (at reception) are arrogant...you need CONNECTIONS to get a superior service...the hotel is big and is not child friendly...u need a golf car to go from one place to another...and every time u ask for one, the answer is that "it is close, else u need to wait for 10-15 min. to get one"...food (breakfast buffet) is what is great but super expensive...Marriott is cozier and more flexible...will not go back!

Magical, a bit of an impersonal factory, but grandiose anyway.

My husband chose this hotel to celebrate his birthday with his family and me. We had been here before and loved it, and loved it the second time around as well.
All staff is very friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Maria and Olga, the Ladies in Red, who arranged a birthday cake for us.
We loved the pools, the small Dead Sea beach, the very delicious and extensive breakfast, and the rooms. We can't wait to come back!

Spent five nights at the hotel. One of the best places to stay ,right from the courteous staff, the delicious food and the fantastic location . The private beach on the Dead Sea and the numerous swimming pools only add to the luxury .

Ideal place to spend time at Dead Sea but real expensive

More than a heritage of designs, mythic spaciousness, chalets, restaurants, ponds, gigantic splendor and wonderful views of terraces for lunch and barbeques. The problem of luxurious delicacies by the sea loves to sit in it and then you can eat desserts, some sweets, coffee, tea, etc.
Designees of TRADITION in Huge highs in ceiling & Constructions in some of Modern way. Excellent & more excellently food's in barbicue mixed & soft drinks & desserts
Attractiveness place with smile & greatest hospitality # but dont ask me about any other costs.

This not my first stay in your hotel and it will not be the last, as i had a nice stay from the moment i have arrived to the hotel, the staff was amazing and professional, the warm welcoming let me feel that im at my second home, the food at the main resturant was good but needs more attention to the variety. I will come again in the future.

We were booked here through Jordon select tours and the upgraded us to a villa!!
The rooms are huge and the view of the Dead Sea was absolutely breathtaking

Service was top notch!!! The food was amazing!

Checking in and checking out was a breeze! A must if you are visiting Jordan on a holiday!!

Pro : Good service, very polite staff.
Con:Sadly easy to get lost due to large place, blocking of electric vehicles charging place

an oasis in the void a fabulous place fabulous view of the dead sea and there ..... the infinity pools overlooking the dead sea ... the rooms with every comfort .... professionalism of the staff not to be missed

Dope hotel. Beds are comfy. But let's be real, no one comes for the beds. Pools are great. One is really deep and for adults only. The others are populated by kids who scream a lot. Food is fine-- breakfast is actually really good. Dead Sea access is nice, private and simple. Life guards are attentive.

Big, but beautiful - and a most spectacular circular swimming pool

I was celebrating my 10th anniversary with my wife, they made our stay very special. They decorated the room with roses, also preparing special table at Ashur restaurant... The staff and facilities are amazing... One thing needs more improvement : the dead sea beach but I thing they are working on that. I stayed in many hotels in the dead sea and I can assure you this is the best service you can get at the dead Sea.

Good service. Exceptional architecture and view over the Dead Sea. Pool at the main building is great. I recommend the main restaurant. Many great people.
Only minus is the check-in and check-out procedure which takes way too much time.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much, at ease. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is exceptional. You can also see Italian TV channels. Wi-Fi is immediate, without a password, throughout the hotel and nearby. The restaurants are excellent.

We stayed here on our honeymoon! It was so peaceful and serene, the perfect spot to recover from jet lag before exploring more of Jordan. We got a couples massage at the spa and it was the best massages I've ever had. My husband and I still try to recreate the ginger tea with candied kiwi they served afterwards. Walking down in the morning to soak in the Dead Sea was so incredible! It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget!

The location of the Kempinski Hotel is absolutely perfect, creating a stunning and beautiful view of the salty dead sea, although the hotel is very nice it has many problems such as overpricing, a dinner buffet sets you back a staggering 34 Jd s approximately 60 US dollars, moreover the hotel is very large meaning a lot of walking must be done if you want to go from the main building to the sea or pools, meaning disabled people or people who suffer from walking too much may struggle, the kart service is very slow takes almost 15 mins to arrive, which comes to another problem lack of karts to carry hotel residents across the hotel. But generally the hotel hosts very friendly staff and takes customer service very seriously.

One of the best hotels in the Dead Sea, but its prices increase

Amazing in every way! Was unsure if this was the best hotel for three young kids but they loved it. Food was perfect, lazy river pool was great for kids and life guards were amazing- kids loved them and their engagement. First time I've seen hotel life guards jump in the pool to swim with our kids, play and have fun! Ok- it was super quiet so they probably didn't need to look out for many people but their approach and attitude was 5*

A great place and a super crew,you can feel that you are the important man ever ,a tasty food ,it was great ,we went in the winter and was great ,i recommend to go there to the spa also which is extra.

The service was very good, the food was great, the pools are very nice and the beach is good.
Only thing that I liked the least were the rooms.

My daughter got a very bad virus from the swimmingpool in this hotel. Few hours after swimming her fever went up so high! Hotel sent us a nurse which was completely helpless-he didnt have any pain and fever relief!!! Luckuly pharmacy was still open but what if it was at night? Next morning we ask-if there is some doktor in the hotel-no,they dont have! Hotel,located so far from city, doesnt have any!!! I cant advise this hotel for nobody! And as i understand-management doesnt like negative comments so they didnt allow to piblish my review in tripadvisor. Very unfair,guys,coz i was guest in your hotel around 15times.

Beautifully situated in a garden landscape. Great poojs. Direct access to the dead Meee.Luxurious but not overly formal. Very nice and always courteous staff. The only mouth drop sibd the high nenenkosten

Sooooooo luxurious place.. Highly highly recommended.. Excellant rooms.. Excellant and very delicious food.. They care for every single detail.. The kids club is sooo beutiful and the staff there are soo nice and caring.. My little daughter admired this hotel and she keeps asking me to go there again.. Theres 3 pools, one for little kids

Very expensive and you can find a better place for less money like Marriott dead sea, no special offers for the customers and you can find insects inside the room and under your bed.
This is the fifth time in dead sea and i think this isn t the perfect place to visit in the lowest point on earth.
I highly recommend Marriott instead of this .
