I m disappointed that the check in process took an incredibly long time. From security, to the front desk to waiting (also, everyone else got a welcome drink but us) to waiting more for them to retrieve our luggage, more waiting to get to our room... we finally got to the pool 3 hours after we checked in.

SPEED IT UP.

The best hotel ever, very clean rooms as well the landscape,,We are always pleased and pampered by the best pools and beach staff, the small touches makes the difference,,,thanks for Jalal from Infinity pool,I had the chance to meet his Boss Qadoura who was always on the floor taking care of us and other guests.
Just it would be more nice to allow drinks from outside.

Ghis place never dissapojnts. Great service at the pool and rastaurants. Great dead sea experience. The spa could use some upgrades as it is dated and in need of repairs in many areas while the prices do not reflect this

We booked 2 nights Ishtar Panoramic room which gave us free access to the spa. We had a good experience in the dead sea with the mud! So far the best hotel I ever tried (and I tried a lot). Staff was also amazing. Thanks again we will come back!

This hotel is far above my class. The likes of the king stay here. For me and my wife, we wanted a place to really relax on our long trip and this place did just that. The Villa was fancy even for my wife and she loves fancy. We didn't have to lift a finger for anything (not use to that). Everyone was waiting on us all we had to do really was walk over to the huge buffet for food. We forgot to bring water to the dead sea but they had water for everyone out there for free. The mud is better applied from the workers because you get a free massage with it. It was kind of nice not to have to tip everyone for every little thing, as an American that was kind of stressing me out. Any kind of pool you d like is there, quiet, social, kid, shallow, too many pools. We stayed mostly in the infinity pool area because they kept handing out strawberries, water, and that s where the bar is. They even clean your eye-glasses from time to time, maybe that s normal for some people but for me I never had that kind of treatment before at a hotel. The best part was the view over the whole dead sea from everywhere you go, besides floating in it. I never had a chance to have a problem because someone is always taking care of you. From the servers at the buffet to the golfcart drivers (you can always hitch a ride, it s a big place) to the life guards in the sea explaining the mud process ten times because I was kind of hungover, you re treated like royalty. Was very sad to leave and we re making this a permanent rest stop on our next trip to Jordan.

We love the Kempinski because of the great pool and bar area and the lovely rooms. But by far, we always notice and comment on the staff; they are attentive, efficient, polite and so kind. The towel guys and the waiters at the pool are SO helpful and quick even when the pool area is super busy. And we actually remember the breakfast staff (from many of our previous visits) because of how outstanding they are, especially Ivan with his positive, upbeat energy!

I booked this for my mother and sister, both of whom are celiac. The hotel made this very easy and it really made the visit for them. The manager didn't know what was available so asked the chef to come and consult them. He then made a delicious meal according to their limitations. Breakfast also had a wheat free station. The hotel is incredible and very luxury. It's that extra effort that made their stay exceptional.

Hands down the nicest hotel/resort at the dead sea, and I believe I can say that because I have stayed at all the surrounding hotels. This place is elegant, with unsurpassed high class service that will keep you smiling the whole time there. The rooms are clean, laid out nicely, and the bathrooms are really nice. Many pools to choose from, and lots of seating available which allows good enough privacy all the while enjoying the surroundings. I can't wait to come here again next time I am in Jordan!

A huge facility where you can get lost. Several pools ensure a relaxing holiday. The equipment is partly very upscale and modern. The rooms in the main building are really big but m.E. not nice divided. On the spacious balcony, in Arabic style, on which one feels despite size, a little narrowed and lightless, missing a couch or couch to relax. Beds are big and really comfortable
The selection of bars and restaurants leave nothing to be desired. The main restaurant offers oriental as well as western delights. Quality and service are impeccable
What bothers, are the noise of the neighboring hotels. Last night there was really loud music until midnight.
My recommendation is a clear "thumbs up" for this hotel.

Since we arrived at the reception, we were overwhelmed with employees running all around, one to take our bag, one the car, and one offering us juice. For someone going there for the first time, that was a bit confusing and felt like an invasion of privacy. More clear instructions would be appreciated.

The hotel is nice, rooms are really spacious, well serviced, and the pools, beach, and staff there were top. Our room was in the main building which is quite a walk from the beach, but you can upgrade to one of the buildings closer if that's an issue.

We also tried the spa, really recommend, a truly relaxing experience, and getting any service there qualifys you for a one time usage of their water facilities for free. We didn't have time to do that, so consider it when you reserve. Reservations are not necessary but can be helpful to plan your stay better.

The breakfast was on the downside. I felt like I am in a Kindergarten with kids running all around, what annoyed me the most is the live cooking station where cooks would just ignore people standing in line and answer to someone shouting loud, or pretty much any woman. This takes away a star for me.

Nothing can describe this place. One of the biggest resorts I have ever been. Very huge with great service.

Pros:
- Service is really good.
- Lots of pools: 2 infinity pools, kids pool plus the dead sea beach. With mud experience.
- Spa: this is something else. The biggest I have ever been with great massage service. The indoor pool is also great.
- Breakfast is a must to try very big with great service and variety.

Cons:
Nothing at all.

Very well located, direct access to the beach on the Dead Sea, well suited for families with children, in the Village Hotel villas are offered, so that there is enough space for the whole family

Not worth it. I read the nice reviews and hoped I could treat the wife and kids to something special. Instead we we disappointed in many ways.
- 30 minutes to check in with long lines
- on the map it looks like there are lots of pools to choose from, but with one exception those pools (including the famous lazy river) were either closed, "private", or adults only.
- There was no food service at the one pool open to kids, so when the kids got hungry we had to pack up and and move up to the adults only pool, where we had to endure the aweful dutz-dutz boots-and-pants music.
- over $200 USD to feed me and my small family lunch? And those small serving serving sizes? Only for people who can afford not to look at the check.
- forget the ADA - anywhere you need to go requires several sets of tall stairs. There is no road that a golf cart could use to shuttle guests up and down the hill to/from the beach, you're just gonna have to hoof it.

You get the idea: definitely not worth it.

Great place to experience the Dead Sea and have a relaxing time by the pool. The service was excellent, especially by the infinity pool. The hotel is quite new and has an interesting design and aesthetic. The rooms are very spacious, but have a surprisingly complicated light switch layout that you can't possibly memorize in a one night stay.

Greatest hotel service in the deadsea! We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff took so much care of us.
Multiple pools and easy access to the beach.
Food and beverages are a little overpriced, but you can visit surrounding restaurants to eat.
Highly recommended!

Sadly we only had one night at this lovely hotel. It was at the end of a wonderful Jordan holiday and a perfect ending. Excellent room, lovely setting with easy access to the Dead Sea and the therapeutic mud (!). Thank you to Manager Faris in the Restaurant, and both Juliet and Princess who looked after us so beautifully both at dinner and breakfast. Cannot fault Kempinski hotels - we stayed in Aqaba too which was equally as good!

Concierge service is perfect, the people is always willing to help you and welcomes you with a smile, front desk should get way better because this people is not as kind as concierge, sometimes you get the impression they are mad at you, not cool. Rooms are pretty nice though.
