My experience with Kelly service was pretty good I learned a lot and gained some experience as well

Was contacted for an apparent job opening, tried to call them back and wasn t able to get a hold of the caller and was not able to be told anything about what job they were contacting me for. Took almost a full week to get a hold of said person, with leaving messages for them. When they picked up, she was rude and hastily told me she received my messages and was very busy and would contact me back when she was available. Took another week and about 20-30 more phone calls from me not her to finally get her on the phone again. When she answered, she was again rude and rushed. Also, the job was closed during the time I was trying to reach her.

I've been trying to get a job through them for years and no one ever contacts me whatsoever even though I qualify for most of their job postings.

Kelly Service kept me working when I needed a job. I can't really speak ill of them. The best assignments I have had in the last five years have been with Kelly Services.

They don't return phone calls ,I was misled, under the assumption they was going to help me find a job... But that didn't happen.

VERY HORRIBLE! I ve been working a assignment for several years through kelly and I STILL cannot get holiday pay nor paid time off or a raise. Communication is horrible due to the fact you can never get in contact with a recruiter when you have questions, I ve personally seen people constantly start new jobs asking why they can never get ahold of anyone when they need answers questioned. And also there s tons of people starting with Kelly that has had numerous money issues especially not getting paid until weeks after they ve already started a job. They re quick to place you at a assignment but then you won t hear from someone for God knows how long.

I saw an ad on Craigslist on a Tuesday, called the next day and spoke with someone. Was emailed paperwork & that following Friday I was placed on an assignment. Quick, easy and the staff was extremely nice.

Incompetent is an overstatement for this business. When my assignment ended, no one even bothered to call and tell me. So I literally commuted from Baltimore to Annapolis that morning only to find out that the employer terminated my assignment. So I was stranded out there because the commuter bus only runs during peak hours. And they never return phone calls. This place is lame.
