I've had all of my uniforms for myself, employees and customers made here for the past 20 years or so. The final products are always outstanding. If you need sportswear Kelly's is the place to go, it's well worth it!

Terrible customer service. Do not use this company. I ordered a $40 shirt three months ago and have not received it. Had an email chain with two separate employees that they both stopped answering when I asked to either get a refund or for them to send the order again. It s tough to support a local business when this is how they operate.
Got my catchers mitt restrung here recently and the service was super quick. Bill was the guy who helped me and explained what he was going to to to my glove and what the issue was. He got my glove fixed and back in great condition within a half hour of me dropping it off. My one issue is the selection of strings didn't match my glove's color, but black goes with everything so that turned out great. Speedy and Knowledgeable glove repair and not too expensive either. Definitely getting all future gloves restrung here. Thanks Bill you're the man
Always a pleasure! Very sorry to see/read that the retail portion of the store will be closing. I found many good deals over the years here, and was always happy to spend my money to support a local family business over the big box stores.
Troy is hopeless.
If you get Troy as your sales rep and you have a couple of questions to ask before finalizing your order, then you should expect your order to take 7-8 weeks from initial contact to delivery. Our soccer team have placed three orders with them over 2 years, I handled the last two orders. My first time was bad, but I thought I would give them another try, unfortunately the experience was the same.
He frequently takes 1 week to reply to e-mails. To top it off, he'll send your credit card information to you over e-mail in an attachment. Despite me politely complaining to him the first time he did this, he did it again in the next order 6 months later, so he obviously hasn't learnt.
Our very first order had a mistake in the logo size, although that was partly our fault for not reviewing the small print on the final image we were sent to approve. So pay careful attention to the text on the image file they send. To be fair to them, Troy did print some extra jerseys for us at cost price to make up for the mistake (which I agree we share the blame for).
Great service. Very fair prices on baseball glove repair. Excellent sales on athletic shoes and sneakers.
Interesting sports shop up in West Chester. Apparently this retail location is going to be closing down soon and everything is in various degree's of "on sale". The company is not going out of business, but they're shuttering the retail aspect of it.
I stopped in here with my brother and his son so they could get him a first baseman's glove. We found one at a good price and picked up some other items he needed. All purchases are final so keep that in mind before you buy something.
got jerseys and hats during the busiest time of year. they turned it around in a week and were priced better than anything i could find online! white glove service and best price doesn't come often. would highly recommend
A perfect sports hometown sports store. Everything for every sport including a wide range of field hockey and lacrosse equipment. The staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. The prices were very competitive when comparing to the big box stores. I would recommend Kelly's to anyone.
