Kelly Ann's Day Spa Review

Sold me a $300 gift card dsys before they closed. Now that is about as low brow as it gets. If this was their standard business practice then it is no wonder they failed.

If they had any decency they would offer to buy back all outstanding gift cards.

Body treatment I got was tribble. My friend and I had no relaxing at too noisy place.
We recommand to you that: Don't choose this dirty place as a day spa treatment.

Was an absolute treat. Clean and friendly staff were prompt and professional while still allowing my flare to brighten the experience. I will return.

I bought a gift certificate and find it is closed. How do I get my money back?

We didn't hate this place. We have been going there for YEARS. Only to find out that they are now closed, and didn't contact anyone about this. And, to find out that they were selling gift cards up until the day they closed their doors? That's the shadiest thing ever. KARMA is a biotch. They need to do the right thing.

Service has always been excellent and very personable at Kelly Anns. I found the atmosphere relaxing and comfortable especially for a small Day Spa. When I had a small issue the owner took care of it immediately and made me feel valued as a customer. As a result, I have become a regular and loyal consumer of Kelly Anns and their services.
