Poor customer service!!
No respect! Not worth working for the company

If looking for a company that has staff that will sit around and do nothing this company will do. If you want true security that is on sight and will ensure your safety do not go with this company! I have seen multiple situations where it is clear they aren't trained very well, most the staff is overweight and old, From the staff they have I would say you have just as much chance of being safe without them as you do with them! Maybe even more so! Don't waste your time or money!!!

Placing high beams on one vehicle with a family of 3, woman her 60's, child and another adult trying to leave isn't protection, it's harassment. He is seen, parked on the double yellow lines of the road, obstructing traffic, moving out of the way, after parked with high beams on one vehicle. The young boy then followed the one vehicle of a sober family out to the highway, leaving several drunks in the lot with many others in the lot not watched. Notice the angle he is at for the vehicle to proceed. He lost a place business, because money can always be spent someplace else, movies aren't needed to live. since the security main goal is to harass, annoy, alarm the elderly, sober customers child. He's out to target people, not do a job, I know how jobs are done, and leaving a lot vulnerable to drunks to follow watched, sober family get into the vehicle with high beams on them parked on double yellow lines, hardly protective. Leaving drunks behind to follow the sober customers isn't not very intelligent. The high beams on one vehicle for five minutes tells customers, we don't want to make money for this business, we want Phoenix Movie Theater to lose business. Show me the entire video, doubt you will because it shows a kid driver, so-called security behaving poorly, he picked, followed his one target family. Nice way to lose business. He rounds the building to re follow the same vehicle again, closely behind. Brief suited power goes to these kids heads, but is was very nasty behavior if nothing else. Parking with high beams on double yellow lines is probably how he drives on the highways, crossing into opposing lanes.

dont ever i mean ever work for this company i was a site supervisor 2 times at the same site for 12 years and never seen any increase in pays they hire untrianed people and pay close to the minium wage and never want to give out any more then that PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT WORK FOR THIS RIP OFF COMPANY THEY WHANT TO PAY PISS POOR WAGES BY THE HOUR

One of the most unprofessional and prejudice companies i ever worked for. Only worked there for 2 months and was wrongfully fired. Also they con people by telling them that your gonna work a set shift and really you work 12 hour shifts every weekend. And your First 3 days training is 7.25 and they dont bother to tell you which is another part of there tricks. Your not properly trained. I never got my uniforms and didnt get trained at all the sites as well And i got fired for an email nicely asking about the scheduling. Fire account manager Ralph Bergin inmediately no way shape or form someone as crooked as him should be in management. Hes a racist snake and doesnt care about his guards. Only cares about money and just makes himself look important. He can give two craps about his guards. They also do right by guards that dont do anything vs guards that do. If you wanna company that sits around and half does there rounds. Sleep during shift this is the company

Quite possibly the worst security company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Unprofessional, petty staff, supervisors seriously lack any people skills, plus they hire any street trash they can find to fill shifts. Seen a guard walking around in a Spongebob sweatshirt while on duty.

I have a low end but highly secure IT company and I need the right individuals to maintain the safety of our people and the equipment. Kellington not only did that, but he also had a great friendly staff with affordable pricing.

We use Kellingotn Protection for our home. We also have the mobile security app so I never worry about my home! I feel so much safer with a good security system in my home.

I work here and I like it. I can t speak for anybody else but if you encounter me out on patrol you ll get nothing but professionalism and courtesy I ll ride by your house slowly with my park lights on turn my music down everything. at least they are bringing jobs to WV and hiring local people. Yea you got to deal with some knuckle heads in the process but when you get a group that s efficient and works great together it s more than any stars you could give it. I rove and us rovers patrol these roads more than the police do our cops are great I m just sayn you can t judge the whole company on actions of a few what I ve seen is professional just trust issues because of people that don t take it seriously and took advantage of a good thing
