Carie and Herber did an amazing job selling my home and buying a home at the same time. My family and I are forever thankful that they made it possible. Very knowledgeable, respectful, caring, and great communication are just a few things to name on their work ethic. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with the owner Robert Talbot , who was very rude and obnoxious with us, as well not a better experience with his disorganized team , and we would NOT recommend using their service to others who are trying to navigate SCV housing for the first time.

Robert is not friendly, never even ask what the situation is. He was annoyed when when we gave him a call twice reading the houses in Stevenson Ranch.

Have some ethics. We don't need your service. There a lot of realtors who are very polite and knowledgeable . Maybe you have to go back to school and read your ethics. Never negotiate to Keller Williams VIP Property , you won't get anywhere.. Unspeakale!

Carie and Heber are like the Wizards of Oz in real estate! We just clicked our heels and we had a new home, or that's what it felt like. My husband (a veteran) and I, recently sold and bought our new home with Carie and Heber. They handled both transactions with great professionalism, knowledge and patience. Carie didn't burden us with all the in between that comes with buying and selling, instead she updated us regularly with the important stuff and kept a open line of communication always. I received an unsolicited telephone call on 9/26 at 1PM by a gentlemen looking to list my property. I have no interest in selling. I am on the Do Not Call List. I have not done business with this firm nor do I plan to.
