Worst experience in my life dealing with my agent was Katie Kelley step forward 2 steps back since we started this transaction it was problems after problems, whatever i asked for it was not happening with seller, whatever seller wanted from me it had to make it happen . It was like she was working for seller not me its what am i paying you for?? One problem we had with electric to get it fixed finally seller agreed she did she made contract to get it fixed and i got message they fixed once i checked electronic it was not fixed she said they did alternative fix i asked for one thing and i get completely different stuff that i asked , than she reccomend me this lander that was sopousted to be good apparantly its married to one of the women that work there there was so much negative stuff and not being told all info gets skipped in alot of things , which brings me back to the bribe that i got offered and which i went for when we did 24 hours walkthrough before closing i checked electricity and of course when i plugged my tool to check electric it says open ground only thing i asked to get them plugs grounded they didn't do that i talked to my electrician he says they will not pass that as possible by safety so my agent katie Kelly said i will pay you $250 in check or cash towards that problem it was kinda sketchy to pay me after closing but she said on closing day dont mention nothing to people there about electricity i paid $250 out of my own pocket because i wont get dime from her , i would not recommend thease people to my worst enemy, worst experience and negative experience you will recive i went with so much bad stuff with them i dont want to post lies i am saying all i went through, and also she stated it unheard to close house in 30 days , well it was more than 30 days i have good credit solid job been working it over 10 years good pay i dont see any problems of getting approved for loan for house

so all i am asking trust me don't use thease people for your home purchase

Agent Brooke Stevenson is an arrogant, self centered, unreliable and unprofessional individual. She doesn't have her home buyers best interest in mind. Always worried about the money and her commission on the property. I noticed she was very unethical when working with the home buyer. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Today we closed on our first home purchase with Laura Nicholson! I can t say enough great things about her and the people she uses to make the entire process run smoothly. Being a first time buyer, we had so many questions and didn t really know where to start, but she did. She was so patient and walked us through every step of the way. She had our best interest, as clients, as priority. By the way, she has the best personality for this career.

If you want someone dedicated to their job and clients, want a real and honest professional, Laura is the way to go. I m going to use her for all my other real estate needs and refer anyone I can to her. We couldn t thank her enough.

Denise Wisdom was the listing agent on a property we purchased. This agent had very poor communication with our agent. She authorized us to make repairs to the home and take occupancy prior to closing, even arranging a lease agreement with the seller. When we went in to the property, the seller blew up at us yelling "I didn't authorize you to be here! You shouldn't be doing any of this!". She also suggested numerous contractors to the seller to repair dangerous electrical issues. The seller decided to use a non-licensed electrician. We are not certain if this was due to Ms. Wisdom's recommendation or not. The one thing I can state for certainty is that she does not communicate well and details fall through the cracks with her.

These agents are amazing! Helped me find my dream home! So happy at home!

I had a bad experience with one of Keller Williams Realtors, Rebecca O'Toole. I have a house I am selling "For Sale By Owner" and told her up front I would not pay any Sales commissions if her client wanted our property. She said no problem and would just raise the "Asking Price" by her 3% commission. Potential buyer came and wanted to make an offer. Rebecca sent us a "One Time Showing Agreement" which included us as having to pay her 3% sales commission. When I told her about this, she became very aggressive and unprofessional and told me that we would not get to see her Buyers offer and also stated very snarkily "Good Luck seeeling your 600 square foot house". I inturn told her that at this point I would never accept an offer from her! Rebecca lost a potential sale for her Buyer and was highly unprofessional! I have reported her to her Broker and the Greater Louisville Board of Realtors.

Christy Jones with Keller Williams Realty went above and beyond in securing and ensuring I won the offer on my (now) home. I recommend Keller Williams, especially Christy Jones, with their knowledge and expertise in purchasing your next home.

Agent got my wife and I in an HOA contract after it was made clear we did not want an HOA. Did not find out from the agent but from a neighbor. This cost us 4300 dollars to sever the contract. I know others that Keller Williams agents have cost big. Find another option, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
