I had a hard time finding a realtor to sell our mobile home. A friend recommended Yasmine Alcala at Keller Williams. I cannot say enough good things about her. We got 4 offers above asking price within 48 hours of our house being on the market. She helped me stage the home and hired someone to take amazing pictures!
Her professionalism and honesty is what drew me to her right away. She genuinely cares about her clients. Needless to say, we of course, hired her to help us find our dream home. Agent / Realtor - Renee Richardson-Kolar: Do NOT do business with this woman! She's extremely hard to work with and does not do her job and relay valuable info from the Seller to the Buyer throughout the Contract/Offer process! Ran me around unprofessionally when I asked her to "show me the inside of the home for a higher offer". Did not relay to me that the Seller likes their proof of funds in a specific way. Very unprofessional. Does not understand that ppl CAN individually submit offer Contracts - It is not "required" but recommended that one used a Realtor/Agent/Broker. No law in TX says you cannot submit an offer without one! I'm almost an attorney so I know! Caused me undue stress that I do NOT appreciate. Use any other agent than her! Save yourself the hassle! Never worked with someone as bad as her during my career. Poor attitude and handling of potential Buyers. She may actually COST you thousands of dollars on the sell of your home due to poor communication! Be aware!
