somehow agent dorothene kelly got my personal information from the president of our homeowners association and chose to call me to ask if i was selling my house. not a huge problem but definitely not ok. we have never expressed any desire to sell. she just saw we were getting our roof fixed and figured she would dig into our personal info. stay away from these folks, there has to be better ones out there.
I've looked for a commercial realtor for a while now and all seem to lack commitment. So when Mia Rodriguez reached out to me personally after I posted in the next door app looking for a realtor, I had high hopes!
Mia reached out asking if she could help on Feb 6th. I responded that I did need a realtor and sent her my requirements for a space that same day. On Feb 9th, she responded saying she didn't forget about me since she hadn't responded. I sent her the same day 3 loopnet listings I was interested in. 2 days later she responded she would look into them. It's now the 28th of Feb and I've recieved no feedback from her or responses.
The company as a whole may be a good fit but Mia lacks communication and customer service. I'll be looking elsewhere for my commercial realty.
The worse! Made the mistake of having Semien Sutton as my Agent and his boss Tony. Crooks!!!
