Keller Williams Huntington Beach Review

We used a broker there named Patricia Vidal to help sell my mothers condo who passed away in Huntington Landmark .She did sell my mothers place around Aug 16, 2016 and was suppose to close on September 6 the agent asked me if we could close early on Sept 3 I said I wasn't sure if I could get everything out of moms garage by then . On September 2 Friday night at 7:30 I get a text that the house closed . I never authorized to close early she never texted or called to see if it was ok! So on Saturday September 3 i

I was devastated as well as my family I had 25 relatives coming to my moms house the weekend of September 3 to say there goodbyes and to talk about memories. All this agent cares about is the money , she doesn't care about the client please beware this agent is very unethical. By the way my husband and I own many apartment buildings so this is not our first rodeo we have never seen this type of unprofessionalism. We are all very upset and sicken by this!
