We already paid the checks and signed the lease however we couldn't get our place and out old lease is over . Although owner knew they can't rent his place they we went ahead and deposited the checks to get our money! These guys are scammers or deal with scammers! be careful!

Had an appointment for 6pm today after confirming with Miss Michele Logan which I didn't see because she never arrived on time. I've left the area at 7:15pm after a call no show from Michele Logan which is very unprofessional. Before that, I had applied for a 3bdrm 2bath as it was listed, just prior to the visit I got another email stating it would be a 2bd 1bath we would be getting and the other bdrm and bath would be rented to another tenant. That was confusing, so I want to see and know more about this set up. Was we sharing the kitchen or did the get the listing wrong. However, the area look a mess and she never showed up for me to actually view the place. I'm now wondering is she and the company is a scam. It doesn't make sense. I would ever introduce anyone to this company, base on her professionalism and the company's scam.

I worked with Andrew Sanderson, hence this review concerns my experience with him. I believe Keller Williams has a reputable name in real estate and should have a system to have a better quality control for its services. I hope you find the review helpful and I am happy to talk further about my experience if needed.
The bottom line: One of the most frustrating experiences me and my wife ever had with a realtor. I would definitely avoid working with Andrew in the future. Serious problems in communication, transparency and responsiveness. I even question his work ethics.
Short version of the experience: After weeks of follow up from our side and unresponsive communication from Andrew, we finally arranged a viewing in a property we were very interested in buying, only to find out - not even from Andrew but from an assistant of his - that the property was already under contract as of weeks ago.. Not to mention that we called about this property on the very first day it was posted online and heard no indication of another offer, let alone under-contract status, until we went for the viewing and specifically asked if there are any other offers.
You can imagine the disappointment, the lost time on unsuccessful communication attempts from our side and missed appointments on the specific date of viewing due to a last minute rescheduling.
To be honest, before I called Andrew for the property, as a newly wed couple, we looked at his reviews in different platforms and were really looking forward to work with him, but the whole process made us feel really unvalued and even cheated as his clients.
A realtor might not have enough time or the property might not be a priority for him/her but a responsible, professional and competent realtor keeps an open communication channel to explain the situation, give clear visibility to the process and transparently explains the current status of the property. This has been my experience with all realtors I?ve worked with except Andrew.
I would suggest anyone to deal with an alternative realtor.
P.S. I must indicate that the receptionists at KW Hoboken were kind and helpful but I never could talk with a manager when I couldn't receive any response from Andrew. I think Keller Williams is a strong and trusted brand name in real estate and I believe there should be a clearer process for them to avoid/deal with situations like these.

I was a first time landlord in Hoboken, and used this agency to rent my apartment. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1, is because I accept that the poor service I received may simply be the standard instead of anything below the average.

Everything started out great, the Realtor assigned to me was professional, courteous, and answered the few questions I had. I cooperated with the Realtor and did everything I could to make my apartment as marketable as possible, and quickly found a Tenant.

The problems started when the Realtor noted the Tenants they found "may" be interested in signing the lease 3 weeks away instead of immediately. I said this was OK, but said I would prefer they moved in ASAP. I got no response to this question. I then moved out, and continued to get requests for showings, not being sure if the original Tenant they found would move in, or if they were going to wait the full 3 weeks as originally noted. I continued to ask these questions, and the only response I got was that "we should continue to show until the Tenants signed the lease".

Then when I finally got a copy of the lease 9 days before the move-in date, I finally learned the Tenant was going to wait the full 3 weeks to move in. Not only this, the lease had already been signed by the Tenant, and had the incorrect rental period on it. Being upset about how I found this out and the errors on the lease, I wrote to the owner of the agency, who instead of owing the issue, blamed the lease problems on some unnamed secretary who they claim drafted it. He further claimed that "it was very challenging" to find a Tenant, and told me that they had never intended on moving in before the date on the lease. At this point I basically had no choice but to accept that my apt would be vacant until then.

Then, in the 2nd revision of the lease, it was wrong again. This caused no further delay, but was irritating to say the least after the initial problems I experienced.

Finally, to add insult to injury, the Realtor waited a full 5 business days after the Tenants moved in to send me the initial rent checks and security deposit, and the address on the envelope wasn't even correct.

Had the Realtor answered my questions honestly and straight-forward at the time I was asking them, and had produced accurate leases the 1st time around, they would have earned a 5-star review. Had they done this, I could have forgiven them for the sloppiness of their work.

Tamara is an amazing agent! She was attentive to our must haves and provided us with updates as apartments came to market. She answered all of our questions and sought out answers from landlords if she was unsure. Would highly recommend her.

Only the very first call, the agent who listed the apartment for rent answered. However, he sounds he doesn't want to show me the apartment due to the unit is(was) owner occupied.
He has so much attitude and very weird.

I really wished to go to view the unit, so called many times, emailed many times and never gotten replied or call back.

One day, I called the office and asked about the unit. Someone told me it's already taken.
Then, I saw the website(zillow and hotpads) the listing was still there. And price was reduced in an hour ago.

In a few days, I called the office again and told the lady that I am having a very hard time to dealing/contacting with the agent, so please get me someone else.
She even admitted the agent is very moody and doesn't work well with some people. She told me that she will let someone to contact me next day.

Next day, no one called me.

And then 2 days later, the lady contacted me and she told me the unit was already taken. wow.
She was very sorry and also told me that she will give me the apartment information if any good unit came up before she put that unit on the market.

And no one contact me.
Wow(unbelievable) and wow(unpleasant) keep happening with them.

Since then, I am avoiding to contact if the agent is from this company.
Another brokers can show you any apartments on the market, even if they are not the one who listed.

Fantastic Real Estate Agency in Hoboken NJ. We were dealing with a agent by the name of Rob Moogan. He was really good. He has great knowledge of the real estate market. Showed us where to put our money and where to stay away from. It's like having a family member for a Real Estate Agent.

Ramon Reyes is a fantastic realtor who went above and beyond to help me find my new home in a short time. Ramon is very professional and a delight to work with. It is absolutely evident that he truly cares for his clients and aims to help his clients find their next home they love. I d highly recommend anyone to work with Ramon and should I need a realtor in future, I will definitely turn to Ramon.

Be careful when renting an apartment with Kelsey Adami. We signed a lease and paid her brokers fee for an apartment that had been up for a sheriff s auction. The bank's representatives came by a few days after we moved in to inform us of the situation. It looks like we are losing our deposit and brokers fee and feel some due diligence on Kelsey s side could have avoided this situation.

When we complained to Kelsey, see stated I was hired to find a tenant and I fulfilled my duty .

Gave them two stars because, when I was working with the realtor he was very informed and helped me in every way possible. Unfortunately, he got busy and stopped communicating with me. The least Conor could've done was reach out via text to let me know he wasn't able to help anymore.

If I could give these people negative stars I would. They have been calling my home for months. I have spoken with them to stop harassing me but now they not only call once, if I don't pick up, but twice in a row. Today they called at 11:06 AM and 11:07 AM. I am on the government Do Not Call list and however they obtained my phone number their behavior is against the law.

Stay away!! I was completely mislead into thinking that I would have a Lease agreement in my hands to sign, and went through the grueling process of submitting all of my qualifications (paystubs, contacts, etc) during the application process.

For full disclosure: the Keller Williams agent did express that there was a lease agreement sent out to another applicant that was dragging their feet and had not yet signed. The agent also stated that once I finished the application, they'd send the Lease Agreement over for me to sign. The clear implication being, if i acted quickly and executed the Lease agreement prior to the other applicant, the rental would be mine.

After finishing the application, the agent then insisted I send over paystubs and a license photo, which they failed to disclose in our prior conversation about the application process. Multiple times, I had expressed trepidations about submitting an application without having a clear sense of if the Landlord would be agreeable to the Lease terms (agent kept telling me, "shes in china", we'll just have to wait). It felt that the agent was playing multiple hands at the expense of he applicant -- and if Keller Williams wants to claim this is status quo for the rental process -- well, it simply isn't good enough.

I proceeded to submit the application (and pay the fee), and hours later after radio silence, the agent told me they took another applicant.

On top of that, I was notified by my financial institution that my credit score had been reduced by 4 points moments after I received the "sorry, we took another applicant" text from the agent. Absolutely outrageous. Keller Williams uses this awful NTN (Nation Tenant Network) to run their applications, which does a HARD CREDIT CHECK and negatively impacts your credit score.

I will be having a word with Keller Management as soon as they open tomorrow morning.

Boy, I can't wait until the demise of this absolutely useless, unethical, antiquated profession.

I am happy to say we found our dream home because of the top notch service from Robert Moogan, our favorite Real Estate Agent. He worked with tireless efforts to get us in a beautiful home. Thank GOD for perfect work ethics. Thank you Keller Williams.

I had a very negative experience working with this...

I had a very negative experience working with this company. When we viewed the apartment that we ended up signing a two year lease for, we were told by the realtor, an employee of this company, that storage in the basement was included in the rent of the apartment. We signed the lease, moved in and utilized the storage space in the basement. Come to find out that storage was in fact not included and we could not use it. This created a huge problem for us, as the apartment itself didn't have enough storage for my husband, myself and our son.

We have ended up having to pay for an outside storage space, which is an additional expense we did not plan on and a logistical pain as well. In addition to that, the realtor was supposed to pass along some information to the landlord which he did not do, which caused additional problems for us.

When we contacted Keller Williams City Life about this situation, nothing was done. The realtor lied and said he never even brought up the storage area, but I happened upon it and asked about it and he told me I would need to contact the landlord about it. A complete lie! Perhaps when he told me that storage was included it was an honest mistake, but when asked about it he knowingly lied and the company didn't seem to care much about it, event when I pointed out some of the holes in his story.

There were some other things the realtor lied about when we were working with him. He showed us an apartment that was across the street from one of the housing projects in town, but told us we didn't need to worry about safety, as the housing projects were 5 blocks away. We have lived in town for a long time so we knew this was not true, but it certainly could have worked on an unsuspecting client. My impression is that he will say anything to close a deal and doesn't care about the impact that it will have on his clients long into the future.

I would not recommend dealing with this company at all. I certainly won't be working with them ever again.

BEWARE!!! Their contract does not have a termination clause. So if you are unhappy with their service you can not end the contract and move the listing to another agency.

Highly unprofessional folks, no professional photography will be done. The realtor himself will come with a camera to click pictures. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
