Jen Grosskopf is an excellent real estate agent. She has a great attitude; She genuinely wanted to help me find a house that fit my lifestyle. And, her intensity, focus and knowledge helped me to close the deal quickly. I recommend her without hesitation to my own family and friends, and she has nailed it every time!

Not all real estate brokerages are the same and KW Philadelphia proves it. Focused on their agents and clients Kw Philadelphia always goes the extra mile in providing 5 Star service.
Worst experience ever with these people. Made unreasonable demands at the closing. Wanted me (the buyer) to escrow money for tax liens on the property they were selling.
Absolutely inept. Realtor knew NOTHING about the heating system. Nothing about the mechanics of a home. She only had suggesting on "Cute little cabinets" I could install!! I moved in three months ago and they are STILL figuring out the paperwork. I just got a TAX BILL From the city from a year ago when I was living in Arizona and had no home in Philly. Realtor is defensive, condescending and extremely ill-informed on HOW A HOUSE works....although she excellent at "cute little cabinets and cute tiles".
We have had a very poor experience with the Keller Williams team. The review is based primarily off our experience with Brian Borden, a Real Estate Agent for the Keller Williams team, but also with his supervisor (Dale Archdekin), who never returned our attempts to contact them regarding this encounter.
We saw a property with Brian that we were interested in, but it was definitely a fixer-upper. During the visit, we stated that we would likely be financing the project as opposed to cash. He expressed that he thought it was a good investment, but that he wouldn't pay more than X dollars for the property. We then discussed the property privately later that day and decided that we were interested in making a cash offer instead of financing. We emailed Brian that we were considering a cash offer, NEVER specifying the quantity or that we were actually ready to make the offer, and that we just wanted to know what documentation we needed in order to make an offer. Soon thereafter, we received an email from Brian saying "Good news! They accepted your cash offer of X dollars!" We then called Brian directly, explaining that the miscommunication was frustrating because he went ahead without our consent to make an offer that was higher than we were planning on making, putting us in an unfavorable negotiating position. Instead of acknowledging blame, he became defensive, claiming our planned offer was unreasonable, and asking us if we had ever purchased any properties before. Funny that a real estate professional decided to act like a child instead of owning up to his mistakes.
Due to our negative experience, we called two of Keller Williams' supposed supervisors, one of whom was Dale Archdekin, leaving clear voicemails and contact information, but never received a call back. To us, seems like the company is happy to assist when they are making commission off the customers, but not actually when the customers need assistance.
Suffice to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
We just sold at house with KW and our entire experience was flawless. My sincere thanks and gratitude go to Michael Slusher who managed to make a stressful situation a perfect breeze. I highly recommend Michael if you are looking to buy or sell.
The seller/owner of the house I was purchasing is a Keller Williams agent, he s also the contractor who worked on the house. This was a flip house. He was selling it himself through Keller Williams and as the selling agent. His name is Eugene Bukh.
The listing for the house stated that the flooring is a brand new engineered wood flooring. After a few weeks in the home, I discovered it s a laminate flooring. It s very hard to tell that it s not engineered wood flooring. This was falsely advertised. The disclosure stated that he never did any repairs on the roof and states that he s never had any issues with the roof while he owned it. I ve come to find out that this is also a lie. The roof leaks and is in terrible condition. There were also repairs done recently and a new pipe flange installed.
I ve spoken with EUGENE BUKH (the seller and agent) and he admits to falsely advertising and that he meant to change the wording on the listing. EUGENE BUKH also admitted to doing the new pipe flange and told me he will not be taking responsibility and refuses to help in any way.
This review is based on my experience with Jennifer Grosskopf in 2016:
As a first time home buyer, I had tons of questions about the process and needed a lot of guidance to find the perfect home. Jennifer was always there with the answer, usually before I thought of the right question! She came highly recommended from a number of my friends, and I'm happy to join them as another satisfied customer. She was patient, flexible, and has a wonderful sense of humor, which is very helpful during what can easily become a stressful process! She was always responsive to our calls/emails and set us up with the perfect home in South Philly via her extensive knowledge of the market in the city. It was great working with someone who knew the area inside and out, and her guidance on pricing and negotiation was invaluable. Can't recommend her and her team enough - I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in our area without hesitation!
