I wasted 3 months trying to sell a house with these people be careful the brown group
Listing details were misspelled
My home is smart home equipped didn t even ask me about how to use these options so they could show potential buyers to maximize my selling price
Kept sending people who were not qualified to buy a home
Asked to see results on traffic and algorithms to my property never got to see they terminated contract On me
The final straw was open house the realtor didn t even stay from 1 to 4 pm started to takendown open house signs at 330 pm and left by 350 pm I have video and when I confronted my agent David Hickey about this he decided to cancel contract on me very unprofessional they charge you a lot of money to sell a house all I wanted was to see results and professionalism just be careful also if the broker sees this of this business please feel free to contact me.

I experienced an extreme lack of professionalism in my dealings with 2 of the realtors in this office. I will not use this office ever again nor will I ever consider buying a property which is represented by this office.
