My salesperson, Erick, was courteous, respectful, personable, and help me drive away in exactly the vehicle I wanted. Your finance guy was also easy to work with. This was a great experience overall. I especially liked that your team communicated with me using my preferred method and responded in a reasonable amount of time to my inquiries. I was in the showroom for less than an hour as your team prepared everything ahead of time.
I drove 65 miles to buy a car and would do it again to your dealership.

I have family and friends in the auto retail business at various other dealers and just never have felt taken care of. Well, that finally changed when I came and saw Jon. I couldn t have been happier with the customer service and outcome. No hidden costs, payments were exactly what we discussed and no last minute shenanigans. Felt even better to walk in, and 2 hours later, leave in my new ride. The whole team there was awesome!

I was greeted almost immediately when I came in which made me feel important. I wasn't pressured at all. In the end i am very happy with my lease and the car is only a few days old and already I feel I have owned it for a long time. Chevy Trax is the easiest car to drive I ever had.

I've personally never had work done here before. that being said, I called today regarding a fender bender I was involved in the other night. I spoke with Brittany and then Chris in the parts department. They were both so great that I took the time to write this review. 5 stars. I speak to numerous people over the telephone each day and these folks were genuine.

I was greeted professionally, treated with respect, and given a ride home since my car would need several hours to complete. When the job was finished, I was called to let me know that the job was complete and the driver would be at my home shortly.
My car was repaired to everyone's satisfaction.

The folks at Keller are always great. When I bought my car the owner himself called to see how I liked it. My service was quick for this oil change and inspection. I feel good knowing someone took the time to do a complete inspection because safety is the most important factor when it comes to driving. And the price was less than the oil change places that claim it only takes 15 minutes. The support staff is as friendly as can be when cashing me out. Keller is number 1 in my book.

I had a free inspection, free oil change and only had to pay for my tire rotation which was under $30. They took extreme sanitary precautions and had plastic over my steering wheel. All of this was done within the hour, everyone was very pleasant and did not try to get me to buy anything additional for my leased vehicle! Will continue to get my leased vehicles from Keller Chevrolet!!
