Debbie Alford, our agent from KBT, was amazing. My sister and I were trying to deal with our mothers home. We both live out of town. She 31/2 hours away and myself 5 hours away. As you can imagine it was very difficult to deal with everything necessary to prepare the home, which was full of furniture, clothing, personal possessions, etc., from long distance.

Debbie help us with finding all the resources need from, moving to donating to cleaning and maintenance, etc. Numerous times she took it upon herself to muster the people and see to the work in our absence. She even put in some sweat equity of her own getting the house prepared for the photo shoot when neither of us could get there.

She was diligent with communication to keep us informed of everything that went on from even before we had signed a contract with her up to even this day with info on the closing and beyond. And, keep in mind the last portion of this took place during hurricane Florence.

On two separate occasions Debbie took it upon herself to drive 3+ hours round trip to Morehead City just to get papers signed in a timely manner.

Without a doubt I don't believe that the sale of this house would be complete yet if not for Debbie. We will forever been thankful, grateful and indebted to her for her unselfish and relentless work.

The support and professional assistance I received from KBT selling one home and purchasing another were amazing. They were invaluable with their detailed knowledge and extensive experience and reduced a complicated process to an art form. Took us longer than expected to sell our house, thanks entirely to the hurricane last year. However, Kirk stayed with us through the hurricane and even helped us with fixing the house and getting everything back on track. Like many families in the eastern NC area my home was severely damaged by hurricane Florence. My family and I were stuck in a position where we could not afford to fix our home and maintain a another residence. Our only option was to put it on the market.
