Waiting forever, no Information, building old, can t even lock the restroom.

This place needs renovation. Also waiting in emergency room for already 15 minutes while nurses are chatting!!

My husband had brain surgery on Friday and despite being told by the wonderful helpful surgeon on Friday to call next day for an update , NO ONE ANSWERS ANY PHONE NUMBER ALL WEEKEND to allow me to find out his condition. No visitation due to Covid is understandable, but surely some recognition should be given to the fact that there are worried family members eager to know how their loved ones are, to torture patient s family members in this way is barbaric and not conducive to good recovery for the patient either!!!

Od 15:10 do 15:30 h tel. zovem Gastroenterologiju 2 na Poliklinici i nitko se ne javlja. Dali je pitanje kraj radnog vremena ili odlazak sa radnog mjesta jer nema pacjenata?!

24 hrs emergency department. If you suspect on bone trauma you should go to other site on Su ak because that's where the Traumatology department is. Departments on this site are: OBGY, Gastroenterology, Digestive surgery, Ophthalmology, Radiology, Anesthesia, Dermatology, Otorhinolaryngology, Laboratory, Patology, Nuclear medicine, Infectious diseases.

Chaos everywhere. Parking, signage, no one to point you in the right direction. Although we were there ahead of time, we lost 45 minutes walking around in between the buildings with my sick Mother not knowing where to go. When asked for directions, no one really knew precisely.
If you re going there, give it at least 50 minutes to find it all. Luckily we didn t miss our appointment but had to wait extra hours to get it done.

Staff is knowledgeable and experienced but they're lacking in numbers and ratio of patients and nurses is not a laughing matter but rather a crying one. Every now and then you'll end up with a member of staff giving an attitude but they shouldn't overshadow the rest of polite and hard working. Building and equipment wise, it's lacking even for third world countries standards and as such it's a shame for whole healthcare in Croatia and EU.

The look of a place from the inside is beyond words. In a dare need of renovation. Shocked that administration offices are better than surgeries and patient waiting rooms.
