Kaye Bassman is tough, challenging and one of the best career decisions I ever made. I m coming up on my 10th Anniversary with Kbic and have grown in ways I never imagined. From running a full desk to a role drenched in training and developing new recruiters (my true passion) I can confidently say that I created my own path. It wasn t always easy but what is? Would I ever really want that? I feel challenged and pushed every day. I work with an amazing team and truly enjoy the culture and diverse group that has come to be my work family. Success is guaranteed to no one but if you work hard and you really want it anything is possible!

I contacted this office months ago. Have yet to receive any kind of response from these people.

If they cannot be bothered with responses to inquiries, then they shouldn't even be in business. This is one of the better ways to get potential clients/customers to go to thier COMPETITION! Which I have done.

Andrea was fantastic! She walked me through the entire Hiring process and truly guided me in on boarding also. Since joining Kaye Bassman, I can honestly say it is the most challenging, yet fulfilling position I have held and I genuinely look forward to going to work everyday. The culture is supportive, uplifting and realistic. We work with people every day and I personally see the work that my organization does to impact those lives and it motivates me even more.

Phone is not working, I got hanged up after static answer, and the jobs on the website has months of being posted. Not GOOD, Not Reliable.

I have had two phone appointments in the last two days that were 30 min late and shortened due to other obligations on their end. What little conversation was had was used to critique my educational choices and the structure of my CV. Very unprofessional on multiple accounts. Don t waste your time.

Had a recruiter reach out to me and schedule a phone call. Then, didn't follow through with the call. I find this practice to be completely unprofessional and looks poorly upon the employer.
