Kaya Artemis Resort & Casino Review

Sublime is almost too much, when you think of all the people living in unworthy places.

I like the hotel very much.It is big and amazing, the service is very kind and helpfull. The hotel have everything you need for amazing holiday in Cyprus.

It is the "best beach" hotel in Cyprus . Facility is fare but not luxurious and a little bit old. But better than the most European hotels. A little bit far away from the center. Casino is OK but there are other casinos bigher than this. I don't gamle so sorry no advice on this. Food is fair, sweets are better, a good convention hotel. But again the seaside is wonderful. You have to hurry up to visit here because there were only this hotel when I visited here a few years ago but now I can count 5 more is coming. A sole beautiful natural seaside and thats what I want. Also if you are a scuba diver, you can find really good diving club in Gazimagusa (famagusta).

Beautiful place, delicious food, incredibly nice personal. But the complex is huge with lots of people. I would probably choose a smaller hotel.

There is a very different and different concept, but it does not have a mosque. Clean nice. The dishes were nice although the spices were intense. The desserts are poor in flavor. Apart from the main building of the hotel, it is a very nice place with a wide area of summer air, dublex rooms, magnificent landscape and beach. Suitable for family vacation. But the lack of a mosque is a big problem.

The first impression from the outside is a very pompous building. When you step into the lobby, this impression of luxury and glitter continues. Everything huge and impressive.

When you arrive in the room, reality catches up with you. Here the luxury is only hinted at. The slightly musty smell covered by disinfectant reinforces the impression. The room wasn't really clean either, even if the hard-working housekeeping staff did a good job every day. With linoleum flooring and carpet, bed surrounds, cleaning has only limited success after a few years. The bathroom was ok, but nothing more. The balcony doesn't really deserve the name and is already overcrowded with 2 chairs and a tiny table. The air conditioning did not work and nothing changed after a complaint. The spa area was also unimpressive.
The restaurant for the all-inclusive guests is huge, with a huge buffet, where everything is always plentiful and of good quality. There was always a free table to be found even when there was a big crowd.
The beach was clean, there were always free loungers and staff that only took care of the loungers. Certainly ideal for children, after a 100 m hike through knee-deep water, you reach the area from which you can also swim. The entire staff was always friendly and helpful.
To my annoyance, cats were running around all over the garden. The paths between the residential buildings are used as supply routes, which means that all too often there is noise and odor nuisance around the clock with the windows open. From 10 p.m. it was always really loud in the system. Music with a lot of bass. Somehow that was strange, because most of the hotel guests had probably exceeded 70 during our stay and were therefore not necessarily fans of this type of music. Apparently during the construction of the facility it was not taken into account that it can rain here too. After short rains, in the absence of water drains and planned slopes, there was stagnant water everywhere, which the staff then had to laboriously remove.
I won't book the hotel again and I can't really recommend it.

The architecture, sea and food are the nicest hotels in Cyprus.

You can have a good time with your family, children are very good friendly, only the garden and the beach staff are kept at a minimum level, except for it is successful and clean.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed by the friendly staff of the hotel. We spent 8 days in this hotel and were very satisfied, as well as 5 years ago in the nearby Noah s Ark hotels. The services of the hotel were great. Every day, a gentleman used to go to the pools, always bringing us a different drink on request at any time, as well as even smaller snacks such as nuts. The hotels have 3 swimming pools, one of which was accessible from 16+ the other was located by the water slides and the other about the largest towards the beach. None of these pools were overcrowded, as most people were on the beach. By the large pool there is a bar and a buffet where you can choose from a variety of dishes as well as free ice cream. There were a total of 4 bars in the hotel resort, one on the beach, another 2 by the pools and the last directly at the reception. The beach is quite large, the sea very clean. Every morning we went to the pier from which it was possible to swim. The restaurant in the hotels was great to choose from there was a large number of dishes such as different kinds of cakes, fish, salads, vegetarian dishes ... Every night there was sushi with different flavors. As for the rooms were clean tidy every day. There are souvenir shops and more by the large pool. Also every evening there were entertainment programs with an entrance fee of 3 per person in the amphitheater. There were animators from different countries in the hotel resort, who always prepared some fun activities during the day. The reception at the hotels is very nice, you can order typical Turkish coffee or other drinks, which are either free or for a fee. Every afternoon there are typical Turkish desserts, biscuits, chocolates at the reception ... I recommend going to the top 6 floor of the hotel, where one of the apartment rooms is open to the public.
There is a tennis court near the hotel.

Absolute dream hotel. Good to very good service. The really large area is well maintained (pools, bushes and palm trees), only the color is saved. Could in several places (balconies, columns and some small facade new color again. The food is very good and plentiful (several restaurants). The only drawback in my eyes is that you are relatively far in the pampas. If you couple Go minutes there are 3 small markets where you can stock up on everything (cigarettes, alcohol, cosmetics + small pharmacy) and 2 restaurants, where there is a local kitchen that is super tasty and absolutely inexpensive. The owners are extremely friendly and simple only adorable! It is 30-45 minutes by car or bus to the next big city. Was here in December and it was already impressive in spring / summer it must be much nicer. In short a very nice hotel in a beautiful landscape + a great great sandy beach

I think a very successful hotel. I stayed 6 nights in the last week of May. I can say it was good in general. Especially the sea is perfect, after a long walk there is a sea that is beyond your height and the ground is sand, which I do not like the sand ground, it makes the water blur, but there is no such thing here. In water sports, the price of jet ski was a bit expensive for me. 250 TL,
Food was fine and sufficient. While sunbathing around the pool, you can stay in smoke in the evening. Drinks were varied. For example, whiskey chivas, I was not interested in the casino part but heard that it had a lot of visitors. The rooms are not bad, but they have some shortcomings. For example, I think the refrigerator should be working. The air conditioner was not working at full efficiency. Hotel staff was attentive enough. They also offer car rental service.
In summary, I think that the service received in this type of luxury hotel should be above the expectations. I can't say it was bad, but it wasn't perfect either.

A really very good hotel facility. HUGE! The only drawback, the room keys do not always work properly. Otherwise Top !!!! I can only recommend. For kids the hammer. Arrival and departure are quite annoying. Rooms and food are great !!!!!!

A very nice hotel with a sandy beach where you can take long walks. Morning, lunch and evening buffet in excellent quality. The whole hotel area is very nicely laid out. Everything in the ancient Roman style. Unfortunately I had to remove a star because one of the locations was not particularly clean. Many little things just don't work. The changing room in the spa area is very dirty.

The hotel is great, except the rooms are not 3 stars. Otherwise food drinks if you have all inclusive was great. I would recommend it.

We visited the place just for fun! A "Greek temple" as a hotel :-) was almost unbelivable! Very luxurious but the skills of the staff weren't adequate: Rude to visitors (even we asked if we could come in for lunch and coffee!), we couldn't order anything on the terrace because no waiter responded to our gestures!

Hello, so first time I come to Cyprus very nice hotel, the service is great, the food is fresh, yen has something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, and the cleaning nikel nothing to say. The atmosphere of the hotel I love the animators are friendly very welcoming it puts you at ease, it has mertcan, salih, stephen, savas, maryam and still plenty of other person. A remake !!! Without hesitation !

Kaya Artemis architecture, location, food, cleanliness of the sea with a high-level hotel, I can say perfectly. But because of the out of season, the sea wind and Cyprus are a little tired, the employees are concerned, they are friendly, the pools are over 16 years old and the pool is a little deeper and there are 2 (outdoor pools). In fact, 5 stars a place, the dirt is as follows; I stayed in the villa room, the safe, the phone was out of order, there were problems at the door ... If you want to stay in Villa type rooms, upper floors should be preferred and if the hotel management will be a professional, the rooms must be checked out of the active season and the possible malfunctions should be done .... Food was very good, but the pasta and sauces were not nice, I would expect the food in the fast food area to be a little more attentive. During our stay there was also a congress of urology, which I think prevented us from being placed in a good room, although the hotels won the money from these congress and seminar activities, they can negatively affect the people who come to vacation, please pay more attention and care!

Very good hotel. Everything you're looking for. Comfort hygiene is everything from peace to service.

We stayed at this hotel from the 1st of June until the 8th of June. The hotel was really beautiful, the beach, hotelrooms, reception. Everything was truly beautiful! However, there were a few downsides:
- Almost nobody of the crew speaks English (exceptions are the receptionists and the animation crew). Whenever you made a order it was very difficult for them to understand what you meant (they only spoke Turkish, which is ordinary for a 5* hotel).
- The waiters didn't know any english words, so whenever they got your plate / gave drinks / said hello or bye, they or said "Bon appetit" or "Buon Giorno". In the beginning it seemed funny, however in the end it more looked like they didn't know any better.
- On beforehand we had contact with the hotel because one of us had to eat gluten free, they said this shouldn't be a problem and they'll make sure it was all going to be smoothless. Unfortunately this was far from what they promised. The food is of course a buffet, of which I know is difficult with someone who eats gluten free, but since they said it wasn't going to be a problem this was a big downside of our stay.

This all together made us to give the hotel a 3* rating. It would've been easily a 5* rating if they spoke English (even if it were the basics (each order at almost every waiter had to be given 3+ times or the order came through wrongly..)..

As everyone says, it has a wonderful sea and beach. You have a chance to find something to eat and drink at any moment. They use quality alcohols, and the bartenders respect your wishes. The food is very varied, but as they say, a teak tasteless. It could have been more delicious, but it's definitely not bad. Both the sweet and the variety of food were quite sufficient. If you are looking for fun and entertainment, you may get bored but if you want to rest and relax, this is the place you are looking for. In addition, if you prefer the main building, not a holiday village, there is no possibility of fly insects.

Hotel is modeled after the Hellenism, rooms move in the expected 5 * standard, Foyer and Loby extravagant, polarized between kitsch and beautiful, but that must be everyone with himself. The point of criticism is the unfriendly casino staff, which presents itself to the guest in a self-evident way, for me an unfriendly rather dismissive behavior. At the bar: it is difficult to decipher which kind of all inclusive one has booked. Most of the employees do not know it themselves and everyone gets what they ordered.

Their staff is working hard and doing their best to help. It has a great beach. It is recommended.

Beautiful beach, decent service, good food. I do not recommend accommodation in villas, moldy smelly. When your room is swapped, the bloodthirsty flies will eat you there. The only convenient and the number of stars that allegedly have only suits the main building of the hotel. Villas up to 3 stars. I would return to this place only to the hotel !!
