Tom, Haris & the team at Kay Bee Electric fit us into their schedule with one day notice and on a holiday weekend. They had the materials & permit needed to complete our work in just a few hours. Pricing was reasonable and the Customer Service was great. Would highly recommend!

I had 3 can lights installed in kitchen, a outlet put in for microwave vent over stove, a ceiling vent fan replaced, and four 2 ft x 4 ft LED lights installed in my basment. The LED lights alone totally changed the look of my basement. The worker was professional and did an amazing job. Outstanding work, outstanding business!!

No prices or estimates were given... at all. Never knew how much service would be until weeks later when the bill came. Had a slight issue with the work but the guys and their excellent customer service took care of it. The rate I received was $99 per hour and that s fine. However, I went to pay the bill and saw no options to pay on invoice. It was then that I found out that either you pay by check in the mail.... or 3% (almost $10 fee) to pay by card. Those were the only two options. Not only is it disappointing but it s very inconvenient being that I don t write checks and haven t been to the actual bank since the pandemic started due to health concerns. I would like to pay my bills the same way I always have, on time, and over the phone or electronically. Had I known this upfront, I would ve searched around for a more transparent company. But they didn t tell me anything upfront other than my appointment was 3 weeks out.

Again, while there were a few inconveniences, the electrician s customer service was outstanding. This balances out to a average review.

In my opinion, this is a good, reputable company. It could use more reliable communication though.

Update: I called this Kay Bee do some maintenance on my home. 3 years later and they are still the best.

Mr. Weber was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and quick. The ladies in the office are also very nice. I would definitely use and recommend Kay Bee Electric.

Everything was great. They were quick and exceeded my expectations with all of the installations. I would definitely work with them again.

Someone from here keeps calling my cell and not saying anything. This number is new. Potential stalker to previous owner of this phone.
