I bought a Side x Side Mule from Valley Cycle Center in Winchester. After 62 hours of service, the Mule suffered a punctured CV boot on the front axle. Now, Kawasaki has a recall to plate the floor board so that sticks will not puncture through hard plastic, but the rubber boots at the wheel do not need protection? Just keep bringing the machine in for repair because of the inferior product and pay forward? After 62 hours... I await a call from Kawasaki to discuss this matter further (Day 1 - September 23, 2016 ...waiting)
Current rating is ZERO in my book (had to give one star to get the review posted).
Approximately five years ago I purchased a Kawasaki Mule along with a worthless extended warranty. DON T BUY an extended warranty on your Kawasaki products!! Too many loopholes. Fast forward to today when I tried to get Kawasaki to replace the muffler that has a rust hole in it. When I bought the policy at the time of purchase it said that the exhaust system was covered. The Mule only has about 200 hours on it. Well, apparently not a hole in the muffler from rust. They say it s not driven enough to get the muffler hot enough to burn out any moisture that may be in it. I told the representative, Paul, that I didn t see where that was in the operating manual, and he said it isn t and wouldn t be. Well, it s parked inside except for a few hours a day and we re in a desert climate so it s not just sitting outside rusting in the elements. Kawasaki is using inferior parts and when I try to use my warranty they balk and say that they aren t going to replace it. So much for the exhaust system being covered. What a bunch of crooks at Kawasaki. I won t be buying anymore Kawasaki products from here on out.
I wanted a reliable new bike that would start up every time. I was soooo wrong with buying a 2021 Kawasaki Concours 14 ABS. Time after time when I have wanted to go out riding it won t start and my battery is dead as a door nail.it s had three new batteries put in it. While riding down the road it says no transponder found when it s in one of my saddlebags and the bike starts to cut out. I have been riding for 40+ years and never had as much problems as I have had with this bike. I m going to use my lemon law rights and they can come and pick up the piece of junk that only has 1,254 miles on it!!!!! Expect a call from me on 08/02/2021 Kawasaki, this is totally unacceptable.
Great bunch of people. Go out it their way to take care of everyone. An amazing place.
