Kawasaki...the best place to be! Friendly staff so polite once you walk through the door. The Manager - Mr. Gomes - he is soooo nice and so willing to help. He is God sent!

This place never picks up calls or calls back even when you leave a voicemail. One of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. For being the head office of Kawasaki they need to do a much consistent job. It's very poorly managed and now I have to DRIVE all the way from MILTON simply because they can't or won't pick up a phone call.

It's faster to order parts from the US than from here. Waiting over ten days to have a part shipped (engine critical) from the warehouse to a dealer in the GTA. If they were smart they would allow customers to buy from a dealer and pick up at the warehouse/headquarters. Not only would it save them shipping, but also give them a better customer rapport.
