I recently had an experience with a local builder that left much to be desired. Communication was lacking throughout the entire project, making it difficult to stay updated on progress. 🏗️ There were also several delays that seemed avoidable, which added unnecessary stress.

While the team had some skilled workers, the overall organization appeared to be a challenge. I hoped for a smoother process. The final result was decent, but the journey to get there was less than ideal. 🛠️
