Literally the absolute worst hospital, no I'm sorry worst place that's supposed to be in the business of helping anyone I've ever experienced. Complete scammers from the nurses to doctors to "patient advocates" to billing- I mean you name it. People must not have morals to work there. That being the only requirement upon hiring. Well that and if you can read off a piece of paper. Because if they have to go off script. Forget it. You either get hung up on mid conversation because she is flustered("patient advocate") or billing department has no answers to your questions just sits in silence.

Joke. It's a complete joke. I hope this hospital can get taken down as a money scam. Preforming an astounding amount of tests for no grounds and fear mongering parents, taking advantage of the actual situation. Blows my mind. I'd much rather treat myself off YouTube than deal with any one from this place in an emergency. Or take my chances.

God bless the people of Dixon, I hope you can find an alternative place to get care. Maybe the vet. A friend. Anyone else. I'm Thankful I don't live in the area.

They called me 2 months ago about billing issues. . .I have been trying for 2 months to return this call. Left voice mails (yep . . they legit have an answering machine), and called non stop. I finally get through and get hung up on 2 minutes into the conversation - No call back - Attempted to call back multiple times after that just to get an answering machine AGAIN. And yet, I am sure it will be my fault! Congratulations to KSB for becoming one of the most notoriously bad, irresponsible hospitals I have ever had the unfortunate circumstances of having to deal with. I am sure whenever we do make contact you'll give me some BS run-around and still not take responsibility for your garbage. Can't wait to try to call again!

Wife went there recently and was diagnosed with covid. Got over covid but was left with an upper respiratory and serious sinus infection. She has had a history of lung issues which were brought up to the staff. She clearly had had a leftover infection and they gave her nothing to resolve it. I've been in and out of the hospital enough with her to know she needed an antibiotic to treat the infection. This is not the first time we've left that ER with no treatment. I'll drive hours to go to another place next time.

I have to say that I arrived early am today and I was in E.R. and Dr. Gallant and R.n. Sarah B. gave me the information on my level and I received Very Good , Excellent care . I was nervous however I was told everything that was going to happen and the diagnosis was right on and the tests were done great care I'm still in awe . Thank You So Very Much Ksb staff!!

This has been the best experience of health care that I received in such a long time. I am forever grateful. The experience I had with other health care clinics and hospital do not top the servive from KSB Hospital. Thank you so much for the servive as it should be.

The one star review is for billing. I am happy with my doctors and services thus far. WATCH FOR BILLING ERRORS! I have had multiple billing mistakes where payments were not applied correctly. I am also very disappointed on the online payment options. The most recent update to pay online is terrible! You should be allowed to pay an amount of choice, not what the medical group thinks you owe, especially when there are billing errors. I have been going to KSB for over 13 years and their billing and payment options never get easier with each update and there have been multiple of them. I feel sorry for the sick and elderly who don t have the mental strength to review their medical bills carefully. I m sure KSB is getting loads of overpayments. I hope KSB is honest enough to return overpayments to those patients. Please find a billing system that easy, honest and straightforward and stick with it for a reasonable amount of time and hire staff that are thorough and competent to do the job. Thank you.

I have been a patient of Ksb since 2017. I have always had a great relationship with Ksb & the staff. My reasoning for a 1 star review is the financial department and the board members. I ve come to learn with everything going on in the world right now, Ksb s number one focus is still money. Despite how much they push they care about their patients and members of the community, money will always be number 1. I have already spoke to the patient advocate to voice my opinion and experience but when it comes down to it nothing is changing.

I called Ksb financial about a bill I received only to be told they could no longer help me and I needed to get a loan. I have been on a payment plan (with a fairly low balance) and payments on auto pay; up until now I have also been told everything was fine. Only to be told recently that that is no longer the case and now I need to get a loan; the middle of a pandemic where most people still aren t back to work 100% and already struggling, Ksb would like to add to that. After talking to 3 people at Ksb, I ve learned they pick and choose who they help and how.
