Magnificent place. A very clean and organized hotel.

We had one of the best Hollidays ever! Our room was great, on the "adults only" side, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, dinner at the hotel restaurant or nearby terrace. Sea bus stop just on the beach, 10 min to the town.

We came to Skiathos for our honeymoon with our 8 month old daughter. This hotel is stunning and the best on the island in my opinion. All of the staff are extremely friendly and can't do enough for you. Amazing views from our room. 2 large pools. Private beach. Taxi boat from hotel into Skiathos old port or local shuttle bus. We will definitely be coming back. On site Spa and Gym. If you come here you will not be disappointed.

Brilliant food .genuine freindly staff .from the cleaners to the management, who can't do enough for you. Spottlisy clean . Views across the sea to die for .especially sunsets in the morning. Cannot be faulted. Been 3 times .no doubt going again next year. All in all perfect relaxing holday

Simply amazing. We were there with the kids for a week and felt very welcome and at home. The people were friendly and always helpful. There's a tavern on the beach (Rada), with some of the best sea food we've had.

The top Hotel of the island by far. Experience the comfortable rooms and the excellent almost gourmet menu. The people are professionals. We shall definitely return. Thank you KASSANDRA HOTEL

Friendly service and high quality of amenities. It is on the beach with convenient parking.
The family room however is disappointing as the second level is too small and the ceiling too low; you cannot stand up properly unless you are petite.

Very good hotel... !!
-Rooms were spacious and clean; the entire resort seemed new and clean.
-The breakfast buffet was excellent. The restaurant food was also very good the few times we ate there.
-Boat access to town was very convenient. Ran on time. Always had space. 3 euros per person. Only once it didn t run due to waves.
-Staff were very nice and friendly. Lifeguard in particular was fantastic.
-Saltwater pools were amazing.
-Private beach access was in itself worth the higher cost at this hotel.
-Landscaping was beautiful.
-Gym was very good and trainer was good.
-Nice fish restaurant on beach to dine off site.
-Relatively close to town.

Areas for improvement ...
-The wifi was very patchy. No access to wifi in the room at all. There was a limit of 3 devices which is also an issue if you need to work remotely. This is an easy fix for the hotel.
-No shop on site. If you need anything, you need to go into town.
-The 2 story room was awkward with spacing as it lacked a proper sitting area to watch TV.
-Other than the fish restaurant and a small beach bar a 10 min walk along the beach, there are no other dining options nearby. You d have to go to town.
-Bus (2 euros) into town was terrible. Packed so full you could hardly move. So the boat (3 euros) or taxi (8 euros) were better options.
-Found the do not disturb sign tucked in an obscure drawer our last day. Please make more visible. Would have avoided the maid coming in to the room during our naps.
-if someone leaves room in the morning to go to the gym/breakfast and others are sleeping, the ac turns off - very inconvenient.
-need to ask for gym card, they don t automatically give to you or let you know one is needed when you check in.

Good ressort close to Skiathos town. Friendly staff. Nice beach and pool area. Nice view from the balconies of the rooms. WIFI is weak on the rooms. A little overpriced. A little overclassed (5 Stars?).

Just come back after 1 glorious week of relaxation.Quiet , no nightly entertainment programmes nor raucous drunks at night and superb views within an idyllic landscape .Food excellent.River boat accessibility ace
