I interned with Kaspon Tech during my summer vacation just after my 4th semester. It's an excellent learning ground for a fresher/students in the area of Mobile App development-both for Android Apps and Swift.
Approachable leads, helpful mentors and friendly HR. Good food and conducive atmosphere both for learning and getting exposed to a typical work environment!! Thank you Kaspon!!

A great place to learn and grow. I have been actually surprised by the amount of exposure you get here. There is always people ready to guide you which i found really helpful as i am starting of my career here.

Working environment is good Happy to say that I am one among the team of kaspon But need to change few things.

Good place to learn and get new concept for both freshers and experienced people's. Technology stack improved day by day and peaceable learning. There is no space for partiality in Kaspon.

Hi I have seen some of the reviews from candidates. I work with Kaspon, and I am aware of what has happened to some of them. Some of the candidate who have attended interview have tried bribing one of the HR Executive by name Sreejith and tried getting offer through fraudulent means. It has come to the notice of the management and the HR executive was sacked and the fraudulent offers were stopped. A formal police compliant has also been longed against Sreejith. Some of the candidates who tried getting offer by fraudulent means are venting their anger on Kaspon.

Kaspon believes in good value based practices. There are no place for candidate who tried getting in through fraudulent means and neither it accommodates any person with compromised integrity.

I am sure genuine candidates with proper skills need not bribe anyone to get an employment as there are plenty of opportunities. Giving bribe is as much a crime as taking bribe, there is no point in trying to blame Kaspon for their failed attempt to bribe someone and getting into Kaspon.

Genuine candidates with appropriate skills need not fear and they would be highly valued an respected at Kaspon.
