I've been going to Karma since the early 70s when they were located in Broad Ripple on Broad Ripple Ave. I love this place. Great employees, great music selection. If they don't have it they'll get it. I will be back again. And again. And again......and, yep, again.

This is the record store that is the best in Indy hands down for music. It is well organized leaning towards rock and roll. One of the best record store day selections anywhere. Had all 5 of my choices and I came in 3 hours after opening. Don't waste your time with the other shops in town, come here first. This store, Karma East has more vinyl than the other 2 Karmas combined. They also blow away Indy CD & Vinyl and Luna.

I pray that this Karma records never ever goes away. I have been coming here since a kid which is well over 20 years ago. Not one time have I ever been disappointed. I miss Ticketmaster being in there. In this is really to me the only real record store or one of the only real record stores left in Indianapolis Indiana. I'm glad that they have a few other locations to on other sides of town. Just went there today and bought a new rap album and I love it. Also bought a few snacks and a candle that you eliminates smoke odors and its called "I'M SICK OF YOUR S**T"...it smells wonderful lol. Thanks Karma!!!

Love this place. It's the only location in Indy with a great metal selection; they staff are awesome; you can order just about anything you want if it's not in stock; they carry Choc-Ola.

Didn't realize Karma was still around. Driving by and found some hard to find CD's. Brings back old memories of getting concert tickets. Still smells the same!

Used to go years ago to get albums, incense, rolling papers, etc. etc. Employees were well informed at the time and very helpful. Good to see some places haven't changed

The store is neatly arranged and if you like albums it has a great selection. Has new stuff as well. We purchased a couple of Tee Shirts.

The staff here is unbelievably friendly and the incense sold here is the only kind I buy; and I buy it in bulk. For 100 sticks I spend maybe 10 bucks. Maybe.

The vinyl selection is unparalleled- a great mix of new and old. Plus if they don't have it, they can get it! Their recommendations are uniformly excellent and I always find something I enjoy.

This is a very cool place ran by super cool cats. I always find some gem in their vintage vinyl and it is always a great deal. Highly recommend it for your vinyl record needs.

Good vinyl collection and if they don't have it, they'll order it and turn around is quick. Employees are very friendly and helpful; they love music and it shows.

Fantastic selection and reasonable prices, especially on used records. Jim was super friendly and did an awesome job of making us feel welcome and answering all of our questions. I would highly recommend making a trip to this store, it's definitely worth it.

One of the best record stores in Indianapolis. Great selection of new and used records. The staff is super nice and very knowledgeable. They have a great rewards programs. They get new and rare stuff in all the time.

I'm a weekly customer at the Washington and Post store and every single time I leave I have vinyl, cassettes, and other merchandise in hand. Having friendly, helpful, and all around great staff is what keeps this place going and me coming back for more. Great prices and new selections weekly. All in all, I LOVE THE PLACE! (Make sure you get your free stuff card too!)

I had a great experience at Karma today it has been many years since I've been there an was very impressed with the store an it's many items. The staff is very good and greeted me as I came into the store I appreciate that will return!

Always a good experience. Staff is super helpful and really nice. They aren't pushy on buying products. Everytime I get CDs the cashier always makes comments on how they either liked that cd or would make a recommendation on something they think I may like. I have nothing negative to say. And probably never will.

Helpful, but didnt have what we needed. Bought stuff we didnt need, and had a good time.
