If zero stars was a thing...
I placed an order for a replacement microphone and transmitter that I has been super hard to find. I went on to try and place a grocery order five mintues later and my card was declined. I couldnt use my card at all.

I called the issuing bank on Monday morning, and was told that I needed to call the fraud department. As soon as that charge hit their system, it immediately threw up red flags. It took an half an hour clearing the issue.

I have called the provided telephone number and left numerous messages with no call back. So... I don't think that a business actually exists, and if it does, they have ZERO customer service.

Don't even waste your time looking at their website. Honestly, if they are not going to run a business, please take down the website, and put a disconnect on the phone number.

They claim to be open when we went there which they was not and there is a big chug hole in front of their front door in the parking lot

I looked online and the webpage stated the store was open and listed the hours. I took a day off work and drove from Hebron, OH to Hilliard. I figured if Google and the webpage for the store listed hours, I should have been good :( I guess I should have looked more into the google reviews. Please update your webpage to state online sales only!!!

Store was supposed to be open at 11am sat in the lot for 20 minutes no one showed, ran some other errands , called to see if anyone there that was at 12 noon, still no answer, highly dissapointed, I know it's a much better store then that, but if you can't count on someone to be there when they are supposed to be what good are they today I give them s one star.

I spent over $350 for 4 microphones. One will not even turn on, as the switch is broken right out of the box. Karaoke Warehouse will not replace it. They told me to call the manufacturer. Poor service, and I will not buy from Karaoke Warehouse ever again.

Great place to buy kareoke supplies we bought a nice machine and microphones one mic went bad n they replaced no questions asked great people

Is this place even in business any longer?
Just looked them up on the Internet and web page shows them open till 5 PM. First of all, it s like a treasure hunt to find the entrance. The sign is huge on the front of the building but the actual entrance is around the back talked in a cove beside a loading dock. Naturally, it s locked. I rang the Ring Doorbell but no one answered. Lesson learned do not waste your time.
