My son had been searching for a certain car for quite a while. We found it at KAP s and drove seven hours from Virginia and it was totally worth it!! They were extremely friendly, honest, and fun to work with ... they even kept communication with us throughout the drive. We were in a city that we were unfamiliar with and they gave us suggestions of nice hotels and tips for touring the city. What a great group of people I would make the drive again to purchase another car from them! Very highly recommend!! Thanks for helping us purchase my son s dream car and putting that incredible smile on his face!!

All staff were friendly helpful and well trained. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave me a follow up phone call a week later just to check if I had any issues with my new car.

All of the staff there were incredibly nice and helped me find a way to make my car purchase happen. Only had to go in twice and I am really happy with my new vehicle. Will definitely be going back when I am in need of something new!

Was all going well until they refused to inspect the car prior to it being sold. I've never purchased a car under those circumstances, and never will. They were pleasant enough until the inspection chat, then it went downhill. Not a fan of mansplaining.

Nice try... that is NOT AT ALL what you told us. The way you reply to all of the less than favorable responses says all it needs to. Maybe learn from these instead of rebuking everything. You flat out told me you didn't do inspections and that once it was off the lot, it was not your concern. I wish I could change this to 1 star. You all are shady, period. You're in PA, try serving those customers too. And don't talk about financing, I told you I had a ton of cash to put down on it, financing was nonsense, maybe your 'financier' shouldn't take a 2 hr break if you want to sell cars.

Always helpful easy to communicate with sound knowledge on my vehicle. Great teamwork. My rep was busy with another client and a colleague completed our paperwork even though he would not receive any commission. To me, that is great teamwork.

Great experience with Melissa. As an out of state buyer things were a little more complicated than normal but Melissa was very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. Would recommend KAP to any anyone looking for a vehicle.

*Edit* As you can see these guys have an answer for everything. I give my honest opinion about how business is done, and they needed to put me down by saying my wife was making decisions for me. When someone is buying a vehicle you re supposed to make them feel important. I would have paid the price for the truck, but it s not worth what you guys are asking with the problems that it has. A lot of problems I didn t even list. People who stop to check that truck out will see for themselves. Next time try being a little more professional.

Worst experience I ve had since looking for a work truck. They knew I was coming to look and test drive a truck, but when I got there the truck was parked in. They also wanted me to make an offer before I even got a chance to take it for a test drive. They have knowledge about diesel trucks even though that s what they specialize in. I was also told that the stereo system not working was normal wear and tear on a vehicle.

The whole car buying experience was excellent. A very good salesman and a delight to deal with. No pressure and explained everything along the way. Collecting the car was made very memorable.

The service was second to none. I was very impressed with the sales staff. They didn't pressure me at all. Would definitely recommend them.
