The GM and Sales/AGM at the hotel I was at was all about themselves and lie to you straight to your face to get you to go above and beyond so that they make themselves look great in the corporate world. The GM in stand up meeting told everyone they were not aloud to take their earned time off and could not miss any shift during season but yet they both took 2 weeks off over Christmas and new year s with the hotel being at 100% and got very upset when I informed them in the 10yeqrs of hospitality work never had seen both GM and AGM take off at the same time and turning around and telling me that they earned it and then making my work environment a hostile environment for the next month. So be aware to any person whom might want to apply to this company the pay is Not competitive and they will tell you that you will receive benefits and neglect to inform you that you have to pay 100% for them my benefits package was almost 900.00$ a month out of my own pocket. It was just unbelievable!
