Speaking from someone who has small kids
- Rude Front desk Lady, then expect a pricey membership fee PLUS $7 for the hour.
- If you have more than two kids, you won't be allowed in
- If you show up early to get on the 6 kid supervised list, makes no difference. People will show up, and run into the door ahead of the mass of people standing around. There is no system for who shows up first, the bravest get in first.
- They massively reduced the space to change clothes/shoes/etc, and now have a tiny space for the cubby holes. Oh, but expect to remove shoes outside in the lobby. Also, expect little kids hands/feed to get stepped on. Oh, bonus round (I've been told), in the winter, you need to leave your footgear outside in the lobby where anyone can take them.
- Ok, once inside. Warm up doesn't start till 10 mins into the hour
- Your also limited to only a smaller part of the area for half the time your there. Priority goes to those 6 supervised kids.
- Then about 15 before the hour is over, expect a stamp on the foot, and an awkward remaining 15 mins as they expect you to leave ... early, and most people will. I was told recently that they where asked to leave. So much for that "hour"
At the end of the day, I would recommend river city over these guys who could clearly not care more. While not nearly as big, the kids will have fun, and you get 90 mins, and its only 5 bucks.

Love the facility but went for my first time in a long time for drop in and none of the staff had the slightest clue or care of how to register or even pay

My daughter has been in Fundamentals and after a Showcase was invited to Bronze Excel. Registration into the next level was easy. Someone always called me back when I left a message on the weekend. The class is 2 hours. My daughter is learning a lot as well as being extremely active. The coaches are friendly and really engage with the kids. The facility is large with a ton of gymnastics equipment in good use.

My son is currently in classes and the coach is always late getting his class and they are always dismissed early. I'm paying for an hour class but he's only in there for 50 mins. I won't be signing him up again as I feel I'm not getting what I paid for.

Super disappointed worst communication I enrolled my daughter early August 06 as I know things fill up quick I went into location to register her, September rolls around she did one class and they call me to inform me they accidentally put her on the wrong class and have no other option but a fundamental class she s done twice already not the level she needs. So now September s here and everything else is full and I have to explain to my daughter she can t be in gymnastics let alone scramble to get her in a different activity elsewhere. Could have all been avoided if when I came in to register they had put her in the appropriate class or told me there was no option back in August! On top of that they refunded me a hundred dollars less than what I paid and she was only in one class! I should have received a full refund at this point as they registered her in the wrong class, and than called me after the fact to say sorry she actually can t be in that class! Super disappointing for my daughter this would have been her third year we won t be back.

First time registering my daughter for gymnastics and I've been having a hell of a time. One morning I called 40 times. Not exaggerating! No one picked up the phone. I even left a message. I had to spend part of my short lunch break to go over in person to get them to fix a mistake. They messed that part up. And now tomorrow I'm going to try and get there in person early enough before my shift starts to get them to try and fix things AGAIN! I'm hoping it has not caused her to lose her spot.

They Cancelled our gymnastic classes the day prior to our 9am program and didn t bother to email me or call to notify us. We Drove an hour from sun peaks only to find out I m on the do not email list? What does that even mean and why wasn t I notified another way? Totally unacceptable.

My son really enjoyed his gymnastics and he hosted two of his birthdays here. Friendly trainers.

Fun staff, good with our two year daughter. She loves going to run around and check out all the equipment.
