Nothing but trouble. Customer Service exists in name only. Spent two hours trying to resolve a billing problem and we're not even Shaw customers!

service is terrible and the guy we were talking to did not have any excitement about products or plans we would have spent money but ended up walking out.

Avoid this company. Shady business practices regarding contracts or your agreement. You will be caught in a loop continually calling them to rectify what was agreed to in the first place. It's obviously a game that they play in hopes that you miss the overcharges or give up on receiving your credits. Contact the CRTC and file a complaint if this happens to you.

Pretty terrible experiance. What they advertise and what they sell is not quite the same. Sold me a cell phone screen protector with life time warranty. About a month later the screen protector cracked. Went back to the store with my receit and my demaged screen protector. I explained what happened and all they say was contact the manufacturer, we can only exchange it if was within the first two weeks of the purchase. Lifetime waranty that expire after two weeks. Pretty unbelivable and dissapointing.
On the other hand the manufacturer website is asking for US $15.95 in order to send me a new one.
