I did shopping on Jan 29 at THRISSUR Location and I did select my items and the associate carried my items from floors to floors and finally to the ground floor to payment ,I did paid 6K and double checked with the person at the front about my items to make sure that it’s all in there but the guy at the front said “ we did triple check and no need to worry “ and totally trusted this associate .I did the shopping because there was a promotion going on I did select shirts , sarees , churidar items but the associate did made a terrible mistake that he didn’t placed my shirts in the order for payment .
So when I called the manager and enquired about this mistake from the associate and I did ask him would you please honor the promotion price due to their mistake , he said “ we can’t honor the price because it’s over “ .
I used to do yearly purchases from the Kalyan but this was a game changer for me and I will not promote this vendor to any my friends . So friends be Aware , please double check your self even if your associate states “all in there “ . I did try to reach the supervisor of the store but no response .
