Typical Indian startup company, good for freshers for short term. For experienced people this is not the right place as the pay is very less and the way the company operates is weird. For ex: They dont provide salary slips, not sure if PF option also available.

I wont say it's a fake company but at the same time I would also say its not fit to be a company because they don't know how to conduct the rounds in a appropriate way as the other company's conduct. I cleared all the rounds there but still there was no confirmation regarding my joining, I sent them a mail but there was no response and also called them as well but they disconnected. They cant challenge this review of mine because I have all the proofs and mail confirmation from them of clearing all the rounds, what I would suggest is please don't waste your time by going there, they wasted mine one month seriously they are not fit..... sorry to say "KALS" but its the truth and you have to accept it. If possible please change your HR, I wont disclose the name but I guess you can find out who is that ?
