I spent 6 days at this hospital and it was the worst hospital experience I've ever had. Overall, the care was pretty bad. I am a 68 year old fragile female and had been in a pretty bad car accident and several wounds that I had were never even cleaned much less treated with any sort of ointment,. I only saw a real doctor once and that was in the emergency room. The rest of the doctors were assistants or associates etc.There were all sorts of other care folks coming in but no one spent much time explaining what was going on with me. I had a fractured hip and vertebrae and those things were addressed but several of bruises the I had were ignored until I complained that they were swollen. I had to ask for an ice bag with one of them because it was so swollen. My hair was full of blood and debris from being thrown out of the vehicle but they didn't do anything to clean me up for 3 days. I think that was negligent. I slept in grass and dirt for all three days. I was on pain medication so I wasn't very aware of my condition for those first days but I don't think a patient should have to ask to be cleaned up after and accident the staff should just do it as part of their jobs. I do have to say that a few of the RN's were top notch and went above and beyond and I give praises to them. Overall the staff was nice, polite and kind but it shouldn't be up to the patient to ask for care it should be understood. As most hospitals the food wasn't very good but that's just the way it is. A footnote, when you get toast at this hospital you will need to ask them to actually brown it. Overall, I really think that the nurses did a good job but the doctors and many of the other staff were slack in their duties.

Ok with health care, but the billling!!!!! We are trying to pay a bill from them online, and they are charging $51 extra to pay this way!! My question is, what for? Don't you make enough money?
This establishment even charges you to pay your bill!!!! CRAZY!

Logan Health will order unnecessary tests and then charge you outrageous amounts of money for them. When you try and appeal/work through the issue, Patient Accounting will continually threaten to send you to collections. Extremely unhappy with the level of care from Logan Health. Beware of going to any of their clinics. Unfortunately they own every clinic in town, so there are not very many options.

Upon following rules for covid and masks, I was denied entry to the hospital to support my 32 week pregnant fiance getting her blood drawn when she also has a phobia of needles and she will start to have panic attacks over it and it could end with her having a seizure, I understand they are doctors and I'm sure they can do more than handle the situation but why refuse loved ones support and honestly I'm almost ashamed to come here to deliver our childand for what, to be refused into that room to see my own kid as well?! -good day!

This morning we brought our son to get tubes placed in both of his ears by Dr. Tubbs. He is amazing and kind. The staff was great, Shelly was super nice and great person to talk to, when my son was recovering/ waking up. Love the pictures on the walls. It makes it feel less like a hospital. Also the process of placing tubes in his ears, was much quicker than our experience elsewhere and it was organized. Thank you! And he is doing well after this surgery!

Worst place to ever go get medical help refuses to help somebody who's having a seizure because they don't have a mask on and then to top it off send you to collections after they tell you that they need to see your checking's account information and you tell them that you don't have one so you fill out a patient assistance and they refuse to let your patient assistance go through and deny you help because you don't have a checking's account

This is an absolutely horrible hospital! The ER is a joke with how they run it and Brian B. has the bedside manner of, well let s say it isn t good. My mother was thrown into a room, no bed, no bathroom, (when she has been throwing up both ways) for over an hour, not being checked in on. I understand being short handed but that is ridiculous! And when I tried to get someone to go check on her and let her use the bathroom at least, Brian told me that having to hold it for over an hour is not that long and he has to do that all the time. I m sorry but there is a big difference between holding it when you are healthy vs being sick and not being able to control it. If I could give him a negative number of stars I would. This is not the first problem we have had with this hospital and I know it will not be the last. Beyond irate!

The ER nurses were nice and helpful. My husband's ER doctor and surgeon treated us poorly because of differing covid views. They provided no support to me as a wife and were sarcastic, passive aggressive, and short with both me and my husband. I never got to talk to the doctor that performed surgery. They were much more focused on his positive covid test instead of his rupturing appendix. However my husband is alive and well so I am thankful for that.

Logan Health (formally know as Kalispell Regional Healthcare) is a joke. They have been my provider for almost 9 years since I've moved to Montana and my mother had worked for them for 5 and quit a year ago due to the absolute chaos and uncordination of the company. Just today I was trying to call and see why I couldn't refill my prescription I need for my fibromoyalgia that I have called them about multiple times and they said I will have to do it elsewhere because they cannot give it to me if I no longer live in Kalispell. I have lived out of Kalispell for 3 years now and have had no problems till now. Hope everyone else had a better experience with them.
