Great College! Wonderful staff and faculty! With 4 different campuses and so much to offer in regards to higher education.

Kvcc has a beautiful campus. I was so impressed with the hundreds of live plants and trees! Imani was my tour guide and she did a great job navigating us through many hallways with lots of windows. I'm excited to be apart of the kvcc family.

On site today prepping for a new school year. I am teaching Plumbing 101 at KVCC AND EXCITED.
Plumbing is a wonderful skilled trade for people with building and mechanical skills and wants.

Been taking some classes here to bolster my resume and build some additional skills. The instructors Ive had have been good and helpful. Add on top of that the low cost of tuition and KVCC has been great.

Good education at a fair price, just don't trust their academic counselors. You really have to do your own research on classes needed. I graduated with an associate's degree and was told by the counselor that I didn't need any other classes or general education courses to transfer to a 4 year university's bachelor's degree program, that my ADN "completely" covered me. That was a lie. I had to go back to KVCC to complete 8 ( yes, eight!!) general education courses that were not covered with my associate's degree. I met with a counselor again per protocol to set up a major.... and guess what? I was misled AGAIN. I was advised to select General Education as a major when if I had selected MTA Transfer as a major, all my classes would have been paid for through the Pell grant. Word to the wise----Do your own research because their academic advisors certainly do not stay up to date and current on their own institutions programs and requirements for transfer.

It's amazing the staff is great they love their job and it shows. They are there to help you succeed.
